克雷斯特希爾錫拉丘茲飯店(Cresthill Suites Syracuse)

Nous avons spécifié à notre arrivée de nettoyer la chambre le lendemain, mais cela n'a pas été fait. C'est pourtant bien indiqué à la réception. Il nous a fallu chercher des serviettes propres et du savon le soir en rentrant à 22 heures. Le petit déjeuner a été dévalisé par une dizaine de jeunes enfants sans surveillance aucune qui s'amusait à se servir de tout sans ne rien manger. Ils occupaient toutes les tables du fond. Aucun manager, ni réceptionniste ne leur ont rien dit. Nous, les autres clients n'avons rien eu à manger.

The lady at the front was kind and helpful. The garbage in the room was not emptied from the previous occupants when we arrived. The room was not straightened up with clean towels after we left for the morning. Hot breakfast was not out and ready when we were told- it was a 1/2 hour later. There was no butter for the bread/toast/bagels… The parking lot was easy to access and clean.

This place needs updating very badly. Doors, floors and most everything in between. The beds were actually very good which I guess is the important thing for a hotel. Pool area was nice and maintained. Lots of parking. The cleanliness overall was questionable. Breakfast was sub par.

They don't give me the room which i booked never expect from ******* that they can list that kind of hotel in there portal,

This is one of our favorite places to stay in the Syracuse area. We love the size of the room and the access to the in-room kitchen. One note to management: offering firmer pillows to those of us who don't like the super-soft kind you have would be a positive improvement.

Front desk was very friendly, had no problems when registration. Hotel was quiet, beds were comfy. Had a very nice hot breakfast. Would definitely stay again

Everything is older pots and pans were not useable the oven appeared to have ez off sprayed on it but never cleaned off. No coffee machine in room. The hallways and doors really need to be painted!
