Hi I clean apartments for a living. The place that I work at has high standards. Well anyways I saw a lollypop out of it's wrapper. Sitting on the cabinet by the refrigerator and microwave. That was just as I was first walking in. I also found some hair on the bathroom floor when I first entered. However the staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

Everything was great except breakfast was closed 30 min early. A few of our relatives barely got food and they closed the doors at 9:30. The front desk staff had told us breakfast was served until 10:00am.

We got a king suite, and it was spacious, clean, and updated. We liked that the property had common areas (groups of tables to hang out at) throughout. The pool was bigger than the average hotel pool.

The woman that checked me in was coughing and and wiping her runny nose on her hand and didn’t have a mask on. That was disgusting. My room was a total joke and only had one light and it was supposed to be a suite but wasn’t a suite. The place seems run down with awful lighting in the entire hotel.

I loved the size of the room, but disappointed in the quality of the chairs and furniture (torn and peeling). Also felt rushed when the room service came to the door at 10 asking “oh you are still here?” They made it right for us, but not the best first experience.

wonderful place to stay with families. Great pool, and full breakfast! Noisy kids in hallway but staff took care of it after awhile.

Imam totally impressed with this hotel. I’ve traveled a lot, and it’s not often that I feel like I’d really like to stay again. Our room was in too top shape and very clean. Large a bathroom and ample amenities. And our fur baby was welcome there too! My only suggestion is to have recycling bins available. Kudos to the staff here and hotel management for running an excellent place!

The room and common areas were clean. The bathtub had hair in it and the bathroom floor had black fur all over it. Breakfast was good and even included GF options. The pool and kiddie area were great too.

The hotel and room was clean and updated very nicely! The beds, sheets, and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful!
