Hotel novo, localizado próximo a uma extensa área verde em rua tranquila. Localização próxima à universidade com muitos meios de transporte disponíveis para quem está sem carro. Café da manhã bom. Destaco a qualidade da equipe, profissional, atenciosa e simpática. Foi uma estada muito boa.

Pros - location is very good. Hotel is great with good maintenance. We have got valley view room. Hotel has lot of parking. Swimming pool at rooftop with good view. Cons - buffet breakfast is ok ok limited options. Restaurant food for lunch and dinner not up to the mark. The biggest issue faced is no refrigerator in the room. With weather quite hot, it’s a big challenge. Also hotel doesn’t provide you with complimentary cold water bottles. If you ask for a cold water bottle, they will charge you extra for this.

Hotel is new. Rooms are clean and spacious. People are courteous. Breakfast served was tasty and delicious. Restaurant closes at 10. 30 pm. The stay was good and comfortable but water was just 1ltr per day per person which is pretty less at a humid and hot place like manipal. Extra water was paid. This could be improved.

The stay was lovely and all the staff in reception, room service, and the kitchen were very friendly and helpful. The food was awesome, especially the buffet breakfast which had a good number of varieties and was tasty. My suggestion is to have a few more choices on the menu.
