Everything was great. But the ad on expedia said I would have gym access but I when I got there staff told me only the tenants had access. So I was a little disappointed. I don't understand why have a gym included in the ad if guests paying guests or tourists can't use it.

要在馬尼拉轉機去帕勞。夜裡在機場坐黃色出租車（花了400比索，其中60比索是給司機的小費）到的酒店，給了一個最高樓層看三角花園的房間，房間已經重新裝修過了。大堂很氣派，早餐還行。房間定的時候1100多元不可取消的（但花66元眾安保險可無理由取消退90%），當日看到攜程漲到了1700多元，竊喜。馬尼拉治安沒想象得那麼可怕，我們還用grab打車到老城和馬尼拉灣逛了一圈，晚上就飛往帕勞了。最後在老城打不到車去機場，衹好坐輕軌到最接近機場的站（距離機場有3公裏），然後實在沒法了花了200比索叫了輛三輪車去機場，很有意思的一段冒險。

我們通常在香格里拉馬卡蒂酒店預訂住宿，這是我們第一次嘗試普利米亞探索酒店。因為我過生日，我想要一間可以舒適地容納我家人的房間。他們的兩居室套房令人印象深刻。它有一間功能齊全的廚房、一間客廳、一間書房、一個帶大號床的主卧室，還有一間有兩張床的房間。就其價格而言，這是非常值得的。自助早餐也很棒。格洛麗埃塔購物中心就在不遠處。地下隧道的入口位於酒店入口的正面。一定會回來的!

Luxurious hotel in the physical sense but now dated and looking a bit tired. A lick of paint with the high VOC smell forced one of my friends to change rooms. In my room, the washing amenities were not provided upon check in and staff did not follow up with me afterwards. I chose this hotel based on my excellent experience at the Island Shangri-la in HK but was left disappointed with this one. Their only follow up with ne was. Questionnaire after my visit - but that’s too late… does not help me during my visit when I need it! They also totally messed me up when I was trying to get a taxi to a meeting. DON’T RELY ON THE HOTEL TO CALL A TAXI FOR YOU - they told me a taxi was coming… I waited…. And waited… then they finally told me it was not coming that they had not called one.. they were jusg trying to flag one down in front of the hotel… i was with a colleague and we gave up, walked down the road and 80m away found a taxi rank… with lots of taxis there! Why didn’t they tell is the taxi rank was close by?!

Had to stay overnight as Cebu airlines had flight delays causing me to miss my connecting flight. The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are nice and spacious. Everything else seems disappointing. Service both at the counter and especially in the restaurant is very very poor. There were at-least 7 staff members standing talking and not doing much whilst I am the only person sat in the restaurant, I had to get my own menu and was ignored. I ordered waffles and waited 40 minutes while being the only person in the restaurant that had ordered food. When the food arrived it was nice but not worth the wait or being ignored for the duration of the wait. I asked one woman how long my food would be as I’d been waiting a while and she didn’t respond just nodded and spoke to another staff member about it and continued on without communicating or saying anything to me I hate sounding like a Karen but it’s just frustrating to have staff in such a nice establishment be so incapable. The only staff who were friendly and efficient were the doormen who were helpful and kind.

優秀的酒店,位置優越,靠近許多餐館,購物中心,酒吧等。步行即可到達所有人。非常乾淨的房間和冰冷的空調。Wi-Fi很快,牀很舒服,有很多枕頭。前台工作人員和門工作人員都超級好,總是熱情。麗茲和奧布里是真正的寶石,讓我感到受歡迎。所有的門童也非常友好。樓上屋頂的游泳池很好,食物看起來不錯,但我沒有嘗試。不過房間裏的淋浴很好,因爲沒有門,有些水會滲到浴室的地板上,這樣會浸溼你的地板毛巾。希望他們能解決這個問題,儘管在這種情況下現代的設計並不順利。除此之外,我有一個很好的住宿,並很高興下次訪問回來!毫不猶豫地預訂!!

酒店位置處於Makati老區，有點亂，酒店客人比較雜，看起來商務的不多，設施非常舊，我們預訂時描述的很好的房間實際拿到非常差，後來問了朋友説在國內訂的都不會給好房間，沒辦法衹好另外補錢，每晚➕1000披索換了一個大點的，朝向好點，但設施一樣舊！另外前台服務員簡直木瓜腦袋，我們續簽一晚交了錢竟然沒續卡，第二天發現進不了房間再回去續卡，結果查資料花了一小時，效率低到崩潰😡

This is an older hotel in Makati close to Burgos St. Right in the center of everything Furniture is old and no room safes or any ectra spliffs. But the room was clean and nicely made up by house keeping. Staff is super friendly. Wifi worked great when I was there. You can't beat that price considering the location in the downtown area of Makati

Absolutely loved the modern and clean design of the room and the bathroom, the great customer service, the fact that there were lots of outlets in the room, the mini fridge and hairdryer, the dispensers for shampoo and soap (minimizing plastic waste!), the rooftop bar, and the water dispenser on my floor near the elevators. Poblacion, Rockwell, Burgos, and even the CBD are just a short walk away. Although I was placed in one of the quieter rooms of the hostel, the soundproofing still had some issues as I could hear the mass at the church outside and the sound of the TV in the room beside mine. It was good that the aircon was a bit loud as it was able to slightly drown out the noise of the TV. Although the towels smelled freshly laundered, they didn't look super clean as they were old and have been used over and over before. The double bed was two mattresses together, which would be uncomfortable if you liked rolling around the bed. I just chose which side I was going to sleep on (one of the mattresses was not as firm as the other one).

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Clean and comfortable room Rooftop bar and pool area with amazing views. Close to some incredibly food Good breakfast Cons Very slow lift system

The Ola Hostel is a great place to stay. It was our first stop in the Philippines and the staff was very welcoming. We could check-in early and had no problem extending our stay when we asked to. The rooftop bar was great and had everything you could ask for. The staff at the front desk was helpful and gave us lots of information. Our room had a little balcony and it was nice to watch the city at night. I would definitely go back and stay there again. It's a great welcome to the Philippines.
