I checked in on January 12-13. Checking in was smooth and the room was clean. They provided soap and 2 bottled water but no toothbrush and shampoo. The bed was a bit hard and the pillows were small however the AC was made up for it. What I like about the view by the elevator is the church of Nazarene, it was like the view from the back of the Vatican. The shower was hot and the water pressure was just perfect, however sometimes the shower drains were slow. They should have put another bath mat just outside the bathroom entrance, the one they placed was not that absorbent. The TV was great because they had smart tv but sometimes the internet was slow and disconnected sometimes. I noticed that the building shakes sometimes like there is after shock, at first I thought it was and read one review also mentioned that, they said it's because of the vehicles passing by outside. The menu they have inside is a bit pricey but no problem for me because outside there is a lot of resto you can find. Locking the main door was annoying sometimes because they were using the hard key and had to leave the key in the reception every time I left. Also, the bedsheets and linen were clean but just a few stains. Overall, it was a good stay for its price.

I booked my parents for a stay here. They said that the room is nice, quite spacious.

The hotel staff are accommodating and approachable. Location is very convenient especially very near from church and from everything. A lot of restaurants around the area. We will book it again.

Room ok, some of staff spoke fair US English. Housekeeping could stand improving.

Sangat recommended. Fasilitas OK. Hanya saja jalan macet kalau hari Minggu, sebab dekat gereja. Boleh check in awal, tapi check outnya juga awal.

Everything is very old, lalo na bathroom. May smart tv but you have to call the maintenance every paandar mo. To watch sa youtube lang. the door na stock ang susi kasi very old, ikaw na guest mag aadjust. Ipis na maliliit everywhere. Naa ako’y video. Buti na lang may slippers sila para di direct maapakan. But above all accessible sa lahat ng errand sa maynila. The staffs are very friendly, hiling ko lang talaga na e renovate ng may ari ang mga rooms lalo na bathroom kay medyo scary.
