蘭卡斯特萬楓飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Lancaster)

Stayed here for a basketball tournament. Very overpriced when there’s a tournament. It’s a basic hotel that offers a good nights sleep but nothing to be excited about or have to spend $300. This should be no more than $150.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was very clean and breakfast was great. It has an outdoor pool. Don’t really like that it’s located nearby the lot. It’s clean. Overall, the hotel and the room is very clean and smells good. I recommend this hotel.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in over the past few years. Staff was super friendly and the breakfast was good. I will say the carpet in our room needed a good cleaning or replacement. It looked clean but was sticky and felt gross when barefoot.

The breakfast & staff were amazing. Our a/c unit & tv needed updating. Many of the stations didn’t match what the guide said. The tv quality was hard to see the picture. They also need higher toilets.

It was comfortable except A/C unit compressor clicks loud to keep you up/wake u up.I think almost every hotel with Inwall units have these issues.

The staff was phenomenal. Professional and friendly. Breakfast area was spotless and the food was great. Wonderful!

At check in staff was not so friendly, room was small and showed signs of a lot of wear and tear (not so clean either), beds were very uncomfortable

Overall experience was excellent. Only complaint was the pull out sofa bed in the room was extremely uncomfortable.

There were quite a few families visiting for the last vacation before returning to school. Sadly, several were in rooms nearby. The children ran wild throughout their stay. No parent supervision at all. I did mention this to the front desk, and received many apologies and some compensation, but I don’t think I’ll book there again. My room was humid and appeared to have a ceiling leak.
