Staff was friendly and room was comfy and clean. Price was unbeatable. Only complaint would be the noise from the street below and train that rolled through at 4:30AM blowing its horn. Don’t want to overstate it because my wife didn’t even wake up.

No one available to fix lack of heat in room. Nothing done. Freezing temperatures with snow storm. Had to sleep in our winter coats. Still cold. Terrible experience.

would not give it 8 out of 10 it's more like 6. the room had damages from the broken dresser. the shower had part of the wall pulled off above the shower.There is a water stain under the sink. Great services at check in but below average rooms.

This is not a chain but a wonderful one of a kind. Spotless room. Excellent mattress. Little problem with the door lock that they will fix. Close to K state campus.

Parkwood Inn and Suites is OUR main place to stay in Manhattan. Convenient location, quiet and relaxing too. The break fast buffet is excellent and the staff are top-notch!
