龍目島瑟龍瑟羅別墅的評論

風景確實很絕，但是整體管理有點亂，預訂成功了五晚住宿，入住後酒店發消息告訴我因為酒店系統錯誤，後三天這棟別墅已經有人預訂了所以不能入住，後來聯繫攜程協調，又可以正常入住了？荒謬😅然後就是房型，和參考圖片基本沒啥關係吧，雖然也是三卧，景色也很不錯，但是房間相當分散，有一個卧室還要經過一段户外的草地才能走下去，挺不方便，要求換房不同意，這都算了，加錢升級居然也不行，搞不懂什麼邏輯？

房間景觀絕美，我們的12 D villa客廳是270度玻璃景觀的，會令人眷在沙發上不想動。最值得一試的是spa，三位技師都手法很好，入住5天按了三次，性價比很高。餐廳出品也很好，就是菜式選擇有點少。但可能房間太大，打掃有點壓力，不夠衛生，地板未達可赤腳行走的程度。而且處於山上＇位置比較偏，去任何地方也不太方便。山上炭子有點多，這個無可避免，但怕蟲子的女士們或許不太適合，因為真是無孔不入。

View: 4.5/5 Villa size: 5/5 Food: 5/5 Maintenance: 2/5 This villa is as big as it looks on their website with amazing view. However, it is quite rundown and needs a refresh, especially the toilet.  The toilet bowl has stains and the overall bathing area are mouldy. I understand we’re in the middle of nature but I would expect better maintenance. Plus the water pressure was low. Maybe it was the rainy season (it rains every evening/overnight), the area is filled with millipedes everywhere, the worst part is that they are in the villa as the doors/sliding doors have gaps. We’re fine if the insects stay outdoors but the millipedes enter our villa every single time and they appear at every creak of the villa. It was tiring trying to keep them out of the villa.  The redeeming factor for the villa is really the view, the Indonesian cuisine at Aura and their prompt service. The view is as amazing as you see on their website, if not more. And they have exceptional food at their restaurant and the service was superb. And yes, there are monkeys in the morning and evenings. The staffs will inform you upon check-in, to lock the doors and avoid eye contact.

非常非常糟糕，打掃房間等待了5個小時，為了等待這個房間錯過了日落，錯過了美景，錯過了一切，前台的接待沒有任何溝通能力，很不好的入住體驗！不建議來！

I had a really good experience with the full body scrub and organic beauty class. All the ingredients used were organic, which felt gentle and refreshing on my skin. The staff were friendly, helpful, and shared useful tips on how to care for our skin naturally. The class was simple, informative, and easy to follow. The view from the spa is beautiful, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. Definitely worth a visit.

4回目のロンボクでしたが、お部屋のクオリティに対してありえない程のコスパです。 日本の方々には島自体がまだまだ知られていませんが、20年前の古き良きバリ島を思い出させてくれる場所です。

Nothing is too much for Maya, Wawan, Devi, Gabby, Sanuci and the team. Set on an idyllic promontory overlooking the bay Selongselo is a wonderful experience on all levels. The accommodation is exemplary, dining is excellent and the service… the service! Wow! The most amazing place we have ever stayed, everything was exceptional. The staff were so friendly, attentive and welcoming. The villa was beyond words - breathtaking view, clean, spacious, air con and comfy beds. We could not have asked for more. The food was also delicious and they catered for my peanut allergy which put me at ease. I could not recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back one day! Would highly recommend selong Belanak beach - it is the nicest on the island. We did a day trip to Kuta but it had nothing on this place. It is such a lovely hidden gem in the jungle, pure paradise.

We had the best massages we’ve ever had from Tutti and Aminah. Both of us have had spinal and neck issues and pain and they were able to greatly relieve our soreness as well as muscular aches. The 3 essential oils created especially for the spa are all so good it was very hard to choose between them! We had an hour and a half massage yesterday and an hour massage as well as a complimentary half hour foot massage today. We’ve booked another 1.5 hr massage before our flights home on Thursday but I think I’ll be back for another massage tomorrow! They are soooo good!!! 🙏✅

Le spa est incroyable. Accueil excellent, la détente est immédiate. Large choix de massage et ils sont tous très très bien fait. Le personnel est doux et à l’écoute. Je recommande !!
