房間漂亮寬敞，就在市中心，靠近火車站，出門就是電車站。食物美味，服務熱情周到。這家飯店絕對值得推薦。 有一點很奇怪，如果你在荷蘭最大的城市說荷蘭語，很多人聽不懂你說話。 有時這裡非常繁忙。這座城市努力保持一切清潔，但不幸的是，總有人把垃圾隨處亂丟。

這是一家乾淨的飯店，就在部門門口。計程車停不下來，所以我們不得不停在離酒店稍遠的地方，然後步行過去。早餐還可以，但選擇不多。房間很寬敞，床配有自動升降系統。

這次孩子帶我去阿姆斯特丹五天四晚的旅行在攜程上訂了這家旅館，酒店衞生極差，辛虧我們自己帶了床頭和枕套，真沒想第二天的夜裡兩點多被被子裏枕頭套裏床蟲把我們給咬醒了，夜裡給前台打電話要求換房間，我們從333號房間搬到了301號房間，穿的睡衣睡褲和床單枕套全部都扔掉，然後洗澡洗頭清洗全身，第二天早上旅館的斯蒂文經理跟我們説這是第二次發生這種事情，這樣的旅館誰敢再來住！期望攜程能認真考察這種酒店的房間衞生環境再合作。不要再危害國人在阿姆斯特丹這種旅館入住！！！！！！我們已經投訴到阿姆斯特丹的旅遊部門和這家酒店的總部！希望瑞士酒店能真正的改進房間衞生環境，而不是從下到上的都在推卸責任，不要再傷及其他無辜的入住客人！！！！！！差評差評差評。。。

這家阿姆斯特丹酒店地理位置優越，就在水壩廣場旁邊，距離火車站步行10分鐘，周邊非常熱鬧，各色餐飲豐富，選擇眾多；房間乾淨整潔，前台工作人員熱情周到，耐心幫助解決問題，特別感謝！好的酒店值得推薦給大家！

地理位置優越，方便前往城市所有便利設施。清潔度和服務與瑞士品質相比還有待提高。總而言之，一切都很棒。

酒店位置非常好，房間比較小一點，但是床很舒服，隔音也很好，睡覺一點也聽不到繁華大街的嘈雜聲，走路去各景點都很方便，酒店對面小衚衕裏有一個湖南常德米粉，味道不錯！

Superbe emplacement , Acceuil et services tres tres correct merci

本次歐洲三週出差期間剛好有空檔到阿姆斯特丹停留。飯店位置位於中央車站步行距離，交通十分便利。週邊購物與用餐都相當容易，評價高的餐廳也相當多。利用週六完成水上及路上城市觀光，相當愜意。下次仍會推薦在此下塌。

If you like being in the centre of things, then this hotel is for you. It is located near Dam Square and not far from the main railway station (easily accessible on foot), and there are also several tram stops nearby, as well as many places where you can buy souvenirs or food. Our room was quiet, as the windows overlooked some kind of courtyard or something like that. The room itself was medium-sized, quite comfortable for two people. However, the room was dusty, with many easily accessible places that felt like they hadn't been cleaned in a couple of months. As for the bed and bathroom, they were generally clean enough, but not perfect. The staff were friendly and checked us in a little early at no extra charge.

The first room was said broken after we stayed few hours by the front desk then without notice they cancelled the access card to the room. When we asked they said we need to change room. The 2nd room was not same standard. There was no bath tub, the window of the walk in shower was broken. Water ran everywhere. They waited 2 days to fix it. The room smells bad, we don't know where the issue cale from. The cleaning agent opened the window to evacuate the bad smell. The sofa had bread scrumbs from previous travellers. Location is perfect just next to the Dam place. Very convenient for a short stay in Amsterdam. Employees of the hotel are very nice.
