曼德維爾飯店(Mandeview Hotel)

I arrived late the evening of May 16 and only a security guard was there. He had no record of my reservation. He consulted a rep by phone who also verified with him that there was no reservation on record for me and so I had to seek alternate accommodation. On speaking to Rep. Amoy 2 days later she informed me that she was ill earlier that day and had to leave and hadn't left my information. However, they want to charge me for one night's stay. To date I have not received a refund. I would like this to be resolved speedily. I can provide more details of our conversation if needed. Thank you. Customer service - poor Would not recommend

I did not check. I did not like what I see when I got there & had to crash with family. I requested a partial refund or a full refund. The appearance was different from what was advertised.

We needed somewhere to stay just for a couple of nights. The property is clean and comfortable. Hot water situation is hit and miss. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. No AC but this didn’t matter when we were there as it was cool enough to just have a fan on which was provided. Breakfast was excellent at an extra cost. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

I absolutely loved my stay at Mandeview. The property was exceptionally clean, my room was very cozy. The bed was comfortable. I slept so well. The view from the hotel is breathtaking! I didn’t have a view from my room like I hoped but I felt very safe and well taken care of. The breakfast in the morning was an authentic Jamaican breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. I felt like I was at home with my grandma. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

Property was located in a quiet area. Efficient and friendly staff as the owner. All concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Some upgrades such as mosquito nets and stable hot water periodically. An onsite full restaurant would enhance ones stay. Delicious local cuisine breakfasts were enjoyed.

I had initially booked my stay an Mandeview Hotel for a weekend. However, I ended up staying for a week because the room is very comfy and cozy and is extremly clean. Not to mention the lovely view of Mandeville from the rooftop of the hotel, the friendly staff, and well secured environment. Furthermore, the great food. Mrs Marcia Myers is so pleasant and accomodating and I can't wait to stay here again ~

Nice place to stay would definitely recommend
