唐喬凡尼曼克拉飯店(Don Giovanni Mancora)

El ambiente es acogedor, no extraordinario, el recepcionista y el responsable de cocina (Gabriel y Emo), muy amables y agradables, el cuarto limpio, cómodo, lo único que baja su puntaje es el restaurante, tienen mal servicio, para entregar una cerveza o una leche de tigre, se demoran más de 20 minutos y encima te piden pagarlo al toque, no tienen trato, la cajera y dueña igual, y la mesera peor aunque tras una sonrisa trata de camuflar su falta de orientación al cliente. El desayuno, a cargo de Emo, bueno.

Todo excelente con la atención!! La habitación amplia y con vista increíble.. comodidad,limpieza y atentos en todo momento para ayudarte y hacerte sentir como en casa . Satisfecha con la atención Recomendado al 100%.

We booked this hotel for three nights and liked it so much that we booked it for another five. It was a great location and great staff. Our go to man was José, who seemed to be working all the time, he checked us in, cooked us breakfast and was at the door to let us in when we came back from dinner at night. He always had a smile on his face and he spoke English. We had a balcony room overlooking the ocean and it was quiet while we were there. We had to change rooms a couple of times, because of staying longer, which was fine. Good wifi, and good service. We are not surfers and the day we checked out it filled up so there was a lot more stir. Our flight out was not until 19:30 and they provided us with a room to shower and change at no extra cost. The price was descent and it was a very positive experience for finishing up a five week trip to Peru. Barry I would have no issue recommending this small hotel.

I hope a better room. It was different of the web page. The hotel was located in a good location. You have a lot of restaurants, markets and bank near the place

We arrived to town early in the morning on a bus from Ecuador. Fortunately, the hotel provides an option for early arrival. The room had ample space, and was provided with a desk and a balcony. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

USTDES DEJAN MUCHO QUE DESEAR COMO PAGINA DE RESERVAS, PAGUE POR UNA HABITACION CON VISTA AL MAR Y ME RESERVARON UNA HABITACIÓN DE MENOS PRECIO EN LA PARTE POSTERIOR DEL HOTEL, EXIJO QUE USTEDES ********** ME DEVUELVAN LA DIFERENCIA TARIFARIA, CASO CONTRARIO ACUDIRE A INDECOPI.

television was not good....had to ask for help many times to turn the televiion on......rooms below standard....rooms not cleaned until late afternoon.....hotel not worth the price they charged for rooms and breakfast

Las personas que sirven en el desayuno deberian ser mas amables y el baño del primer piso no funciona estaba cerrado
