Shude Hill Apartments

I took a party of 12 people to this apartment. It was a lot cheaper than most accomodation in the area so I wasnt especting a perfect apartment. Bearing that in mind, it wasnt bad at all. It was very clean, smelt pleasant inside. We was even welcomed by a jar of 12 mini packs of cookies which was a really nice touch. There was plenty of plates, bowls and cups in the cupboards. It was fairly small in the living room for 12 people but had 2 large sofas and an open plan dining room / kitchen and table and chairs so we were all still able to sit down and talk together as a group. 5 double beds plus a sofa bed which was perfect for 12 of us. The only bad thing about the property which did not affect our stay at all was a slight bit of water damage on the bathroom cieling. It looks like an extractor fan has been fitted more recently though, im guessing to stop this getting worse but damage still visible. Communcation from the owners was excellent. I was told everything I needed to know via whatsapp a few days before I arrived and any requests / questions were answered. I noticed other reviews said about being bitten, i wore insect repellant myself but nobody else in my party did and nobody was bitten. I was sceptical about giving a £100 deposit too but not long after i left, i was asked via whatsapp for bank details and it was returned straight into my bank. Would definitely recommend and will most likely stay again if I go to any other events in manchester. :)
