大使汽車旅館(Ambassador Inn)

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this place was so bad. They told me they were renovating, but i think that meant just a new toilet. The bathtub was in terrible condition and looked really old, and had a dead fly in it. There was carpentry wood dust all over the mirror and counters in the bathroom. They did not clean this place after the work. There was a lot water in the floor between the toilet and tub, which they attributed it to them fixing the toilet, but I later realize they didnt clean the bathroom after the last person, because it leaked in the same place after my shower. I went looking for a plug for my phone charger, so I pulled out the nightstand to see 2 small dead roaches behind it. And a live one crawling up the wall the next morning. The pillow case had a black stain on it. There was a lot of yelling outside around the hotel that went on for a few hours. I cannot believe it was so bad. I paid for 2 nights, but cancelled the 2nd night. If I had not been so exhausted i would have left the first night and slept in my car. I was so grossed out. I have never been in a place this bad. I guess i will do more research the next time. You truly get what you pay for.

First room they gave us wasn’t even cleaned from previous guests. Second room they gave us a key card didn’t work very unclean. Food left in fridge, funky odor throughout room.

I saw a lot of reviews mentioning roaches and I was happy that I didn’t see any in my room but the room did smell bad. The hotel is cheap overall, but I did feel safe there.

Had a nice stay! The staff is very kind and accommodating. The room was dusty in corners and the bed was very old, but I was comfortable! The breakfast ain’t too shabby even though it’s limited in options as well. Had a great stay.

This was just a quick stop to get some sleep on a long car trip. The place was clean and the folks were freindly. Thank you

Staff was friendly, place was somewhat clean, newly painted, but old beds and carpet. Some outlets didnt all work, some caused lights to flicker down when using hair dyer. Had to ask for toilet paper when we first arrived. TV guide was outdated, a lot of noice at night.

Rug had large stains, shower curtain missing rings to hold up shower curtain, mold in shower, room was non smoking but stunk really bad like smoke, couch was old and stained with smoke smell. The guy who checked me in did not greet me and only said two words through a window slot he had stuffed with cotton. no customer service at all. Whole thing was bad.

First room we walked in and there were roaches crawling on the floor! I wanted to leave but most places that took dogs were full. They gave us another room but it was a dump!

The woman (Ashley) working the night desk was extremely helpful and polite!
