Its all about the details. Overall our one night stay was pleasant. The room was larger than expected with all the amenities. There were some grounds and exterior issues that should have been appointed as soon as winter was over. Otherwise, everything worked. The hotel is in a very good location. We think the next visit, we will stay in the area a few more days.

I've stayed here several times now. They gave me an excellent room, it was huge and I loved it. Only issue is the shower didn't work. I am not sure what was going on, but it wouldn't turn on. The on duty manager came upstairs at 11pm to give me a key to a different room so I could shower a few doors down and wouldn't have to move all my stuff. Very helpful. Thank you.

One day stay to visit friends in the area, just used the room for sleeping. Nice location, very comfortable, good service, convenient to dining and shopping, would stay there again,

There was no hard-copy TV channel guide and when changing channels, the displayed name of the channel did not match the actual channel. Other than that, everything was excellent. The included breakfast was substantiial.

It was quiet area I felt safe. I will come back to stay again. Will not be going back to other one I've been going for the last 5 years. The holiday inn express is the best in other states i was told by my family.
