「The rooms are in English-style, clean and tidy. The hotel is in the town centre and many shops are within walking distance. The breakfast is excellent and well-served. The staff are friendly and helpful.」

「Staff excellent. Right next to shops, restaurants and the hills. Room very comfortable but not colour co ordinated at all. Old fashioned and just white. Shower over bath always difficult as you get older. Walk in shower much better. Supplied shower gel in small, fiddley plastic tubes could do with modernising.」

「前台服務人員非常不專業，定了兩間房，給的房間不在一個樓層，而且離得很遠。換了間房房卡又開不開房間門。給女兒換校服郵寄快遞，在快遞網站上下好訂單第二天快遞員來取，因為我們第二天要在學校參加活動，和前台溝通把校服放在前台幫忙給一下快遞員，前台也滿口答應，但第二天快遞員來取前台取，前台竟然給快遞員説沒有…… 簡直無語，又開車回酒店取了快遞開車二十多公里郵寄出去」
