莫拉爾飯店(The Morar Hotel)

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme et de style. Personnel très accueillant (Merci Akram !). Chambre confortable et propre.

We stayed one night and checked out very early the next morning on the first train. The nice part of our stay was our bartender and the food. The building has unique character but the property is in need of immense work. The deck around the back leads to a great view, but the platform was uneven with several broken boards. Despite being non-smoking, the hallway to our room stank of stale cigarette smoke. When we were getting ready for sleep, my father-in-law, lying on the bottom of the bunk bed, looked up and noted the top bunk was actually missing a number of slats and the entire structure itself did not seem very secure. The bathroom is modernized but that itself is strangely contrasted against the dated feel of the room and the hotel itself. Overall, this place is passable for a one-night stay if your options are limited, but if we had to do this again, we would most definitely skip it.

The property was dingy and needed a complete refurbishment. My room 31 was not even sign posted at the top of the stairs. I feel ripped off for how much I paid to stay here. Was put in a thorough fair to eat dinner when the restaurant was empty, my burger bounced across the plate every time someone walked past.
