伊利達出租公寓 - 艾斯提亞(Irida Aparthotel Malia by Estia)

Zeer matig, appartement was klein maar werd wel schoon gehouden, aan het zwembad/omgeving daarvan werd niks gedaan, zag er zeer verwaarloosd uit, man achter de bar voerde niks uit en was behoorlijk irritant. Let op, als je princess boekt maak je gebruik van hetzelfde zwembad/bar.

George is the BEST. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Good cheap food. Very Clean rooms. Two great swimming pools. Peaceful apar**ents with the ***** right next to your doorstep. From the best British lads.

The woman who pretends to be a manager is harassing for money and additional fees 24/7, banging on room doors at 8 am and yelling, threatening she will kick us out without any refunds. Rude, unprofessional and every ameniny they have listed is fake. The internet is not free, the air conditioning is 50€/week and the pool water is not disinfected, nor changed. Rooms are small, too hot to stay in without the AC that doesn’t even work properly, bathrooms are barely functional and the plumming is non-existant. If you shower, the shampoo foam comes out through the floor, you can’t even flush properly and there isn’t even handsoap. This sad excuse for a hotel does not worth your money, nor your mental health.
