弗洛拉飯店(Hotel Flora Inn Male Maldives)

不要預訂這家酒店！真的很糟糕的經歷！ 位置很好，但是當我們走到陽台時，你幾乎可以觸摸到隔壁的建築，你會感覺窒息和擠壓。 看起來清潔度不錯，但味道很不好。新油漆裝修才幾個月，我們對甲醛很敏感，因為我們剛剛經歷過我們的房子裝修，我們知道感覺不太對勁。 房間的售價約為每天 150 美元，完全不值得。我們呆了 15 分鐘，決定找另一家酒店，儘管我們沒有使用房間裡的任何物品，但他們拒絕給我們部分退款。但我們不能冒甲醛的風險，因為我們有孕婦。我們在附近找到了一家更好的酒店，價格也差不多。這家酒店的工作人員什麼也沒解決，只是給我們展示了其他房間，但房間都是同樣的工作人員。 基本上，如果您正在尋找一家有臭味、擁擠且不值錢的酒店，那麼這家酒店很適合您。 我們最終沒有拿回任何錢，我們所能做的就是幫助其他人避開這家酒店。

Una semana antes de alojarme en este hotel, solicité su ayuda para reservar un taxi al aeropuerto para el día que hacía el check out. Por email me respondieron que no había ningún problema, pero que el coste del servicio eran 25$ (390 rufiyas = MVR). Decidí esperar a estar allí porque me parecía un precio desorbitado según las cosas que había leído en internet. Mi sorpresa fue que al llegar, me enteré que había un precio fijado por el Gobierno para los traslados desde y hacia al aeropuerto de 70MVR (unos 4€ al cambio). El propio taxista me comentó que si el traslado se realizaba de madrugada (como era mi caso), había un sobrecoste de 5 MVR (es decir, 75MVR en total, que al cambio son 4.85$). Al llegar al hotel, volví a preguntar en recepción si podían reservarme el taxi para el día siguiente, y me dijeron que si pero que el coste serían unos 15-20$ (menos de lo solicitado por email una semana antes, pero todavía muy lejos de los 4.85$ que en verdad cuesta). Su excusa fue que por los horarios, había un sobrecoste de 10-15$ vs el precio normal (¿¿¿???). Con mucho enfado, no me quedo otra que aceptarlo. A la mañana siguiente mientras esperaba al taxi, le pregunté a otro recepcionista distinto al de la noche anterior que cuanto seria el precio, y me dijo que entorno a 100MVP (en 5 horas el precio había vuelto a bajar hasta los 6$). Cuando llegó el taxista, antes de subirme le pregunté el coste y me dijo que eran 15$ (230MVP), le dije que no iba a pagar más de 100MVP, y me dijo que vale (¿?). Total, lo que me hubiera costado 50$ (ida y vuelta del aeropuerto) si hubiera aceptado lo que me pedía el hotel, al final fueron 8$ todo. Increíble como intentaron timarme a la cara. Todo esto se añade a que el hotel tiene un precio muy alto teniendo en cuenta lo anticuado y simple que son sus instalaciones. No lo recomiendo NADA. ------------- A week before staying at this hotel, I asked for their help in booking a taxi to the airport for the day I was checking out. I decided to wait until I was there because it seemed like an exorbitant price according to what I had read on the internet. My surprise was that when I arrived, I found out that there was a government-fixed price for transfers to and from the airport of 70MVR (about €4 at the exchange rate). The taxi driver himself told me that if the transfer took place in the early hours of the morning (as was my case), there was a surcharge of 5 MVR (that is, 75 MVR in total, which at the exchange rate is 4.85$). When I arrived at the hotel, I asked again at reception if they could book a taxi for me for the next day, and they said yes, but that the cost would be around 15-20$ (less than what I had requested by email a week before, but still far from the 4.85$ it actually costs). Their excuse was that because of the schedules, there was an extra cost of 10-15$ vs. the normal price (??????).

Comfy yet affordable stay in Male, Maldives. We arrived at the Maldives airport around 6 pm and we thought of spending the night in the city before heading to the next island. I saw this hotel online and booked it right away. It was minutes away from the port which was very ideal. Check in was really smooth, people who received us were very polite and warm, really helpful and informative. They even gave us some tips on how to go about the city at night. We had dinner in the hotel, which was great coz the food were amazing for a very affordable price. Our dinner for 4, was only around 30 USD. The rooms were exceptional, we booked the suites and it was spacious enough for a family, i think. Comfy beds and pillow, minimalist style with white and light wood colored furnitures which i liked coz they are easy on the eyes, the property looks well kept and clean overall. Breakfast was included on our room bookings so we did not have any hassle to start our day and go about to our. Next destination. Would definitely book this hotel again and recommend Flora Hotel to everyone who wishes to visit Male. Thank you to all of the staff! Well done!

We've been in the property for like 4 times already. The hotel is new and clean. I really like the hotel not until I lost my gold earrings. I was still at hotel just in the next room as my friend is staying and when we are about to go I remembered I left my earrings on the side table. Unfortunately, the housekeeping already cleaned the room and never found the earrings in which I am 100% sure that I kept it there. The breakfast was okay. But they could improve more variety. The room is also not soundproof I remember I had troubled sleeping because of the noise outside at 3 am and you can hear people walking on the hallway of your floor and banging of the door.

Flora was the most beautiful hotel with authentic taste of food, amazing service, and absolutely breath-taking rooms. I had visited for a very short business trip but it was amazing. For sure will suggest this to everyone

Started my stay so nicely. Room was great, clean, comfortable. Staff were all professional and polite.. but on my second night at 1:20 am, a random male staff of yours opened my bedroom door with a keycard just to ask for my check out time!? ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC AND UNACCEPTABLE. Ladies please do not stay in this hotel. Beautiful lobby and rooms but zero safety. I could not even double lock my door as the dead bolt was jammed. I do not know if it was on purpose or not. Absolute nightmare.

we had booked a stay there... and they sent us a few days before to tell us that there was a technical problem and they are canceling our reservation!! don't close there..... it's not sure about your reservation..

Excellent newly built hotel.Over all experience was awesome. Centrally located.The rooms were very spacious and the food was also very good.Buffet breakfast had nice variety options.The rooms were very nice and clean.Would visit again

Great Service! Thank you so much specially to Wanda the reception staff. She helped us to contact the port for the boat transportation going to Maafushi and the waiter is very friendly forgot his name only remember he said he is new. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The food at the restaurant is very good.
