Dear SAii Lagoon Maldives, We stayed for 9 nights from 01.09.2023 with all inclusive in a Beach room. If I had to summarize it briefly, I would say: everything and everyone was wonderful!!!! I would like to single out a few names and welcome them: ADITYA (Beach Club Swim Up Bar): I wish there were such nice and friendly people everywhere, thanks for the delicious cocktails! Y L and ABI (Hard Rock Caffe): sensational figures, thank you for the unforgettable experiences, they provided the best restaurant service! UDESH (Tom Yam): very attentive and knew from day 2 what kind of coffee we wanted ”half cup” :) ALISHA and EDDY (Breakfast): they were very nice, Eddy told a lot about the island. Thanks. INDI (Infinity Pool Bar): thank you for the delicious food and cocktails. I trust that they will pass on our personal thanks to them! Although the weather could have been better (unfortunately there was a lot of rain and clouds), overall we had a great time. There is cleanliness everywhere. It was a special experience that we had to choose from the menu at every meal except for breakfast, and whatever we chose was very tasty and tasty. A big advantage, you can also go to the Hard Rock hotel, where the service is very nice. The Beach room back was more than enough, as there were days when we only went to the room in the evening after breakfast. My family and I were taken care of by Kishore, who was an exceptional host. He helped us from the moment we arrived until the day we departed, always making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The Hard Rock hotel is well equipped with everything one could desire on a family vacation. The swimming pool and beach have a great atmosphere frequently filled with music events and activities. The food is top notch and very diverse. Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy from a wide range of activities, such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (highly recommended), weight training center, Zumba classes and more. We will definitely return for a second round of paradise.

What other hotel in the world gives you a Bon Voyage cake for breakfast on the day of checking out? Admittedly I'd been staying there for nearly 3 weeks, but when the cake turned up with the kitchen staff in tow it was a surprising culmination to 3 weeks of excellent service, tasty food, and comfortable sleeping. The hotel is very conveniently located within 5 minutes' walk of the ferry from the airport. Or you can take the hotel’s car, but why would you not take a boat in the Maldives? There’s a choice of restaurants, breakfast with just about every choice you could wish for, and a small gym. There’s also a pool next to the roof-top restaurant with the best view in the Indian Ocean. Most people probably spend only a day or two in Male, but if you’re looking for somewhere very pleasant to spend that time, Hotel Jen should be at the top of your list.

因為行程有變，提前了1天在10.15抵達馬累，就在起飛前幾天在攜程上訂了這家酒店口碑不錯的酒店，訂的時候的價格稍微貴了點，但到了店裡就感覺物有所值。接機服務需要提前在攜程上獲取酒店的郵箱，發郵件給酒店即可。酒店處於馬累首都的市中心繁華街的位置，進入大廳後首先是能感受到濃濃的橙子之類的鮮果的香氣，大廳佈置極簡現代感，非常的乾淨整潔。我們預訂的是帶早餐行政套房，房間雖然不大，但給我們兩個人用來在馬累過度休息用是完全足夠的。房間打掃的很乾凈，桌子角落邊上都沒有灰塵，牆上的冰山畫也特別有意思，整個房間的氛圍給人一種來到東南洋渡假的現代氛圍感。因為到酒店的時候已經是晚上8點左右，對周邊的環境並不熟悉，所以我們在酒店的11樓空中餐廳自費吃了一頓晚餐，人均消費在20美元左右，推薦他們家的炒飯，味道相當不錯，我們點了一份炒飯，一份意麪，一份炸魚薯條，一份提拉米蘇加上2杯可樂一共消費了42美元，服務員贈送了一份沙拉，味道都還挺不錯的，就是意麪我選錯了，其他的可能會更好吃一點。第二天的早餐在酒店10樓的自助餐廳裏，有燕麥牛奶粥，水果，甜品，三明治，炒飯等可以自己選，早餐的自助價格都包含在酒店的費用裏了，味道都還不錯，裏面的培根還有炸餃子挺好吃的，還可以向服務員要一份免費的歐姆蛋，這個蠻推薦的，好吃。馬累第二天就換了一家旅行社給我們訂的過渡酒店，但一對比就感覺差太多了，並且餐食費也有點看不懂，一碗米飯2美金，一份沒有味道的番茄雞蛋疙瘩湯15美金，就給人一種非常大的落差感，過渡酒店建議也還是得確認清楚，最好還是自己有了解過，看過了再選，實際上價格也不會差很多的。

在經歷了一次糟糕的假期預訂後,我們在馬累對面的另一個島上的某個地方進行了我們的前程旅行,我的希望得到了提高!但是到了薩默塞特,我們受到了微笑,一杯飲料和冷毛巾的歡迎。更別提那個可愛的司機,他在機場開車時給我們提供了一些關於這個城市的信息。酒店,按任何標準,都是打勾的!這家餐廳的食物最美味,在街上走一圈之後,我們決定不在其他任何地方吃東西。工作人員走得更遠,比我們花了5天時間的島嶼度假村更友善。這是我們第一次真正想給員工“小費”。房間有您所需要的一切。是的,主房間的空調有點氣味,但在巴厘島是一樣的。無法幫助溼度!另一個關於祈禱噪音的呼籲的評論,你來到了一個有着自己的傳統的國家,我不明白爲什麼你不尊重這一點。感謝您的精彩住宿,我肯定會推薦給其他朋友。

decent and affordable by male standards. cleanish. so so bed but they could be a bit more organized at checkin. lost reservation then they found then took 20 minutes to get the room. a stopover and a shower and some heatstroke rest before our flight.

First of all they didn’t arrange anyone to pick us from airport and we had to go by ourselves and carry 4 luggage with a small kid ! And they said it’s trip’s app problem! Room very small and view to the another building’s window. Room had no slippers , soap , shampoo and other necessities, called them 4 times and asked , they said ok we will come and check but finally they didn’t until we checked out ! Price not match with the hotel’s quality Breakfast was ok restaurant’s food was great

距離馬累機場感覺挺近的，坐上出租車過一個橋，然後穿梭在小巷子裏，總共差不多10-15分鐘到達。老闆是個德國人，久居馬爾代夫十多年。在到達日的前兩天，老闆Thomas就開始通過郵件和我們聯絡，包括幾點到達，多少行李，幾個人等等。到達當日出關后Thomas的員工已經在酒店門口舉牌子接客（我的預定裏有免費接送服務）。到達他的小酒店之前他就站在門口迎接我們了。十分的客氣和貼心。如果你溝通需要沒問題的話，老闆Thomas會給你很多在島上出行的小tips,比如換多少當地幣合適，當地有什麼法規等等。很重要的一點，這家酒店應該是馬累島上最好吃的泰國餐廳了。很正宗得益於老闆thomas應該在泰國有些故事，具體什麼沒有八卦。親自吃了一頓，老闆會有推薦並親自服務。不用點太多。第二天我們去上度假島，在馬累島上住在這個酒店一天也是很愉快的一天，酒店往前走可以買到泳鏡，衣服，鞋子等需要的物品，很方便。穆斯林國家，酒和煙禁止，可詢問老闆。

地點比較偏一點，在一個小巷子裏。但是裏面的環境還是很乾凈的，有空調很涼快，衛生間有淋浴很乾凈，就是房間太小，行李箱衹能立着放。含早餐，衹負責一次免費接/送機，需要接/送機，每人5美元。另，到店后還要另附每人3美金的環境稅。
