巴西歐布蘭西昂飯店(Hotel Patio Brancion)

從外面看這家旅館很漂亮，但裡面很普通……一切都很破舊，我的房間很小，廁所/淋浴也很小。房間的隔音效果也很差。你可以聽到走廊上發生的一切，尤其是清潔女工，她們早上真的很不謹慎……我度過了一個巴拉巴拉的夜晚……

愉快的住宿體驗， 我們在三樓，沒有電梯，房間正確而且非常乾淨 我想到了那位把洗衣袋搬上樓的清潔女工，她對我們給予了無微不至的照顧！小型貨運電梯對他們來說非常有用，為什麼不使用這個盤子呢？！宜人的小庭院 地下室房間的早餐很愉快而且很齊全，有點冷 但儘管如此，如果他們仍然需要我，我會回到那裡 我感謝整個酒店團隊，因為他們真的非常令人愉快

C’est finalement une belle surprise… étant donné la période, plus rien dans paris dans des prix décents… direction Malakoff, encore une chambre dans cet hôtel Et finalement, même si la moquette devrait être enlevée, et si la salle de bain est à rafraîchir, la chambre est spacieuse, l’emplacement est top (quartier calme à trois minutes, exactement du métro 13 )

Chambre humide, papier peint, décollé et qui gonfle sur les murs. Prise de courant dans un mur qui gonfle à cause de l'eau. Salle de bain dans un état qui ne laisse aucun doute sur la négligence de l'hôtel : Un carreau ENTIER cassé qui donne sur un vide sanitaire, trace marron suspecte sur la porte en face des WC, joint silicone sale, lampe et poubelle cassée ( n'arrosez pas par erreur la lampe lorsque vous prenez une douche, car elle est à nue et le rideau de douche ne protégera pas des éclaboussures). La pomme de douche laisse plus d'eau couler par les fuites du flexible qu'autre chose, oui oui vous vous doucherez avec les fuites... Matelas taché, traces sur les murs et j'en passe ! Ajouter à cela un petit déjeuner digne d'une station essence, avec un sol qui colle à 7h du matin quand vous passez en premier, des couverts à peine propre et ça commencent à faire beaucoup .... Le tout pour 150€ en plein mondial du bâtiment ! J'ai contacté le proprio, il m'a reproché de n'avoir rien dit quand j'étais sur place (je suis arrivé en partir très tôt tard après une grosse journée, je n’avais pas la force d'expliquer à ce monsieur pourquoi il ne fait pas bien son travail), il à refusé le remboursement et proposé une autre nuit QUELLE BLAGUE ! À éviter à tout prix !

Un pequeño Hotel sencillo de 3 plantas sin ascensor, en un barrio muy tranquilo, la estación de metro al lado. Si buscas algo económico, simplemente para ducharte y dormir, este lugar está bien. A unos 20 minutos del centro. Desayuno 8€ croasanes, pan, cafe,leche,zumos y algunos embutidos.

I went to Paris for a trade show for my company (Wine Paris). 1. Many elements of the room were broken (closet door, light fixture missing a bulb cover etc.); 2. the walls are paper thin and I could hear someone coughing in their room down the hall (not just next to me). I was on the 3rd floor, someone was smoking out of their window on the 2nd floor although it is a non smoking hotel. I waited until that person stopped smoking to see if the smell would dissipate. I later opened the room door leading to the hallway because the odor didn’t dissipate after 1 hour and could smell smoke in the hallway (possibly mold and not just smoke because my eyes were itching soon after I settled into the 1st room). I had a headache and asked if this was a smoking hotel (I do not smoke and wouldn’t have chosen such hotel). They mentioned not being able to do anything about it but ban the occupant from the hotel after that night and offered a 2nd room to me on the 2nd floor. By then it was getting late and during trade shows it is nearly impossible to find another hotel nearby. I was in my pajama, wasn’t offered any assistance to carry my luggage to the 2nd room which had the same odor and was worse in cleanliness and damage than the first one. I had 3 hours of sleep, didn’t have breakfast (how could I fathom eating there while everything is so run down and disgustingly dirty) and left at 7AM

Point positif, tout proche du métro. Espace contigu. Heureusement, il s'agit d'un court séjour.
