艾爾別墅度假村(Villa Eyrie Resort)

Beautiful and unusual view. Our view looked to the view and we had a little patio. Nice updated room but the hotel itself felt a little aged and in need of some refreshing.

This resort was perfect for a long weekend to celebrate a wedding anniversary. Our room was in Villa Cielo, which sits several hundred feet above the main resort and has the BEST view! The rooms were comfortable, private, and nicely appointed. We felt like we were in our own private villa. We knew there were other guests but hardly saw anyone during our stay. Dinner at the Alpina restaurant was a highlight and the resort staff was warm, responsive, and professional. We loved being able to retreat to the Villa after busy days exploring Victoria (about 30 minutes away by car.) We're already planning a return visit!

This is a lovely facility and the view is spectacular. The place has a great restaurant, an indoor pool and other spa facilities. We ate dinner at the restaurant but spent most of our time seeing the sights in the area. They have a spa channel on the TV that plays quiet, relaxing music and that was the only TV we had on; otherwise we just read and relaxed. Would gladly stay there again.

Lovely resort. Very hilly so not suitable for those with mobility issues. Accomodation excellent. Food in restaurant, both dinner and breakfast very good, but can be pricey. The service was a little off however. We both felt that the welcome wasnt quite genuine and our request to be able to sit outside with our drinks was met with a bizarre no! We were told that the verandah directly off the restaurant wasn’t open because shifts were changing and guests couldn’t be accommodated if they wanted to come back inside! Also as there were no cushions in the chairs outside (which we could see for ourselves) perhaps we might find it uncomfortable! None of it really made sense. We just wanted to enjoy our drinks outside in a sunny afternoon.

Our stay was nothing less than marvelous. The view from our room, the bathrobes, the comfortable bed were wonderful and the food and drink were superb. I know that this review sounds like Synonyms for Dummies but, it was a terrific two night spent in lavish surroundings.
