Nice hotel and great host. Service is very good and the apartment is new. Carpark and swimming pool are available

Residence is clean and comfortable. Can accommodate up to 10 guests which is great for family and friends trip. Sean is efficient and helpful. Location is convenient from makota shopping area and short drive to jonker. The only negative part is the facilities are not hotel standard. The pool was poorly maintained with algae by the side and kids could not swim. Gym is pathetic. If you are only looking for comfortable and convenient stay without use of facilities, this is a great place.

Location: very good, mahkota parade just across the road. Free car park available. Cleanliness: Excellent! Clean bedsheets, comforter, towels, setee.. Amenities: clean towels, shampoo and body soap provided. Even Cuckoo,fridge, plates, glasses, washing machine, drying rack, iron & iron board are ready to use. Facility : swimming pool, gym, tenis court, mini golf range, kids playroom Service: exceptionally good, friendly, fast response and negotiable. Instruction given easily followed and undestandable. Tip top, good job Sean! Nice having you as our host. Price: Most affordable and reasonable for Large group like us. I think this is the cheapest one I found for 3 rooms, 2 bathroom, Kitchen, balcony and numerous facility in costa mahkota. Overall : Excellent staycation especially for big family like us. My friend and I had a good time staying at this residence. the check-in is easy and fun. the location is great, the view is amazing. Inside this residence, there is everything we need: comfortable mattress, air con, hot water, fridge. Our host Sean is friendly and helpful. He helped us to check in on short notice. highly appreciated! Definitely recommend this property to my friends.

這個地方是一顆寶石！很高興我偶然發現了它。我們一行 5 人，所以 2 間臥室足以讓我們住得舒適。你可能會有點懷疑，因為外觀看起來又舊又破舊，但一旦你走進公寓，你就會得到完全不同的視角！看起來新裝修過，設施齊全，配有冰箱、微波爐和熱/冷過濾飲水機。肖恩也非常樂於助人，從提供建議到住宿入住和退房安排。停車也很方便。唯一的抱怨可能是房間的隔音效果，儘管房間位於 11 樓，但面向一個大十字路口，所以你整個晚上都能聽到機動車輛的聲音。如果您睡眠淺的話，需要注意一些事情。除此之外，這是一個絕佳的住宿地點！

店主肖恩非常友好和樂於助人。從預訂那天直到退房，他的回复都非常及時。我的房間是 1133，從陽台上可以看到非常漂亮的海景。雖然我入住期間兩次都下雨，但它幾乎有 180 度的角度來觀看日出和日落。 客廳和臥室都很寬敞，適合大團體入住。它有即時冷熱飲用水。唯一的負面反饋是浴室的台階很小，床很低，對於老年人來說不太理想。儘管如此，我的小組成員（包括許多長輩）還是喜歡這裡的環境。
