麥加設有健身房的飯店

對於任何一家人去阿羅姆拉都必須預訂這家酒店,因爲它離阿爾卡巴很近。強烈推薦。

距離AlHaram坐車10分鐘左右。提供每小時往返AlHaram的班車。接待人員非常熱情。酒店很乾淨,很現代。傢俱很新。房間一般大小,但還可以。洗手間太小了。沒什麼好抱怨的。我強烈推薦這家酒店,肯定會把它作爲我未來在麥加住宿的首選。

我10點到達旅館,接待處的女士告訴我們去 Omra ,回來拿房間,我是一個金費爾蒙特的成員,受到了嚴重的待遇。我們2:30回來,發現房間還沒準備好,被告知入住時間是4PM,但是在到達的一天之前,他們打電話問我什麼時候房間要準備好。每個顧客接待員都把我帶到另一個根本不實用的地方,我醒了12個小時以上,每天結束的時候,我都會把我扔到一邊。經過一番爭吵之後,我們終於找到了房間,我知道其中一個房間充滿了昆蟲,另一個房間是鄰居吵鬧的。當我打了幾次電話告訴接待處時,他們換了兩個房間,我們不得不等15分鐘才能坐扶梯。總的來說,我在這家酒店的經歷真的是 baaaaaad ,不會推薦給任何人。唯一積極的一點是,去聖地只有幾步路,除了沒有什麼值得,即使你和接待員的人說話,他們不會回答,因爲他們不聽,而我是一個黃金會員加上旅行顧問級別如果我是一個普通的客人,會發生什麼事呢?他們使我的日子變得艱難和悲慘

Good stay in Makkah whilst we visited as a family. Close to Hajj ziyārah sites and only 5 minute drive to Masjid al Haram (when it’s quiet. Reasonably clean though I wasn’t convinced by the IHG cleanliness assurance during these sensitive times. We went for the 2 interconnecting rooms but the hotel had lost the key to the interconnecting door!! It took all night and into dawn before we were relocated into another room with a door that allowed access to each others room... quite important when you have 3 children. Until then, all 5 of us slept in one room for the first night of the 2 nights booked!! Our new room had issues with the door lock sensor.... so a maintenance problem all round. Once the issues were sorted however, everything else was smooth. Decent enough breakfast for European and Arab tastes. Spacious rooms, well decorated. One thing to note... reception staff are excellent - polite, well mannered and want to get things sorted for you. It’s just unfortunate the maintenance staff struggle. I’d recommend on the basis the maintenance issues were a one off issue.

早餐還行，因為以前住過，所以知道沒有以前那麼好，房間乾淨，服務生都比較不錯，就是吧台真的交流很困難啊、可以認真學習英語嗎？感覺說快點他們就聽不懂哈哈哈

I am very pleased of my several staying here in Retaj alrayyn hotel Makkah ... Excellent services with most friendly staff . Not to mention Mr. Motaz the sales manager ,, so wonderful personality and very caring and helpful to any requests or needs you may have . The shuttle bus to Alharam is around the clock all the day and night .

Super Impressed with everything!! Front Desk, concierge, cleaning staff and the restaurant!! They all made us feel extremely welcome and exceptional. I want to shout to the best restaurant team of the world, I have visited every continent and many many countries. This service has been exceptional.. beyond exceptional!!! Namely Chidfrul Aziz One and only Monir Islam, Nanna, Ahmed Hosein aka Mr mustache, Mr Radwan, Mr manhood, Mr Ricky, and Amir!! And Riaz.. and all the chefs and kitchen that were so accommodating us and our children.. Chef Rashad with the big smile!! Thank you everyone!! You made our trip super amazing!!!

這是在Makkah Naseem酒店的普通住宿,在那裏您有千年科普索恩酒店、喜來登的福朋酒店和拉迪森的公園酒店。 他們佈置的房間都非常一致,只有一些小的特色可以區分開來。毫無疑問,如果我的孩子拿到了它,他們會喜歡的! 根據接待人員說,沒有真正的特大牀,他們所有的特大牀都是單人牀,這必須由客房部來完成,因爲我已經登記入住了。一般的房間,但指出空調不正常工作,我有一個令人不快的溫暖夜晚與。 有每小時往返哈拉姆的班車,一次由一位非常及時的紳士駕駛。還有現場停車場,位於地下,但很緊張,空間也不多。 我還會再住這裏嗎?只要比週邊酒店便宜就可以
