除了酒店轉機是個災難,我們可以推薦這家酒店。我們住在一個有單獨牀和客廳的房間。我們幾乎沒有出去吃午餐和晚餐。35樓的米斯特羅提供了一流的景色和美味的菜餚,除了我們不喜歡的很少(也許味道不同)。從清潔女工到女服務員和經理,工作人員都很友好,真的很關心他們的服務。與希爾頓相比,我們推薦這家酒店,那裏的體驗很差,而西達住宅比希爾頓更值錢

商務出差比較方便的酒店， 樓頂游泳池風景不錯，房間OK，服務OK， 周邊應該是CBD， 下班時段很熱鬧，步行五分鐘有商場，周邊很多餐館，人也很多。

衞生：非常乾淨，床單，傢俱都靜潔 環境：地點旺中帶靜，走4-5分鐘就有大型超市，大堂有好多座位，可以開會，聊天 服務：人員樂意幫助，而且效率高。 我要求房間光亮點，他們馬上多給我一枱燈！ 我希望房間方向變，他們又幫我換了房間。 人員每次見面都親切打招呼！

Citadines Makati is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Asia, and my favorite among all Citadines hotels. I have stayed at this hotel for more than ten times during the last year and many other Citadines hotels in different countries, but my experience in Makati has been exceptional. The staff at Citadines Makati has always made me feel at home with their warm welcome and willingness to help in any way possible. I am deeply grateful for their hospitality and service, which has been consistently excellent. They have always made a big effort to accommodate my requests, especially my preference for the highest floor, which provides a great view of the city. I have come to regard this hotel as my home in Manila, and I cannot thank the team enough for making my stay so easy and comfortable. With their excellent service, I can focus on my work without any worries. In conclusion, I highly recommend Citadines Makati for anyone looking for a hotel that provides exceptional service and a welcoming environment. 優秀的酒店,位置優越,靠近許多餐館,購物中心,酒吧等。步行即可到達所有人。非常乾淨的房間和冰冷的空調。Wi-Fi很快,牀很舒服,有很多枕頭。前台工作人員和門工作人員都超級好,總是熱情。麗茲和奧布里是真正的寶石,讓我感到受歡迎。所有的門童也非常友好。樓上屋頂的游泳池很好,食物看起來不錯,但我沒有嘗試。不過房間裏的淋浴很好,因爲沒有門,有些水會滲到浴室的地板上,這樣會浸溼你的地板毛巾。希望他們能解決這個問題,儘管在這種情況下現代的設計並不順利。除此之外,我有一個很好的住宿,並很高興下次訪問回來!毫不猶豫地預訂!!

I had such a great time staying here. You can’t ask for a better location. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated but you pay for location and you barely stay in your room exploring this beautiful city. Thank you so much to Harly and King at concierge. They were extremely helpful the last few days from helping me coordinate pickup for my laundry service to making sure I was always had a ride to wherever I needed to go. They go the extra mile here. We enjoyed breakfast a few days during our stay, and thank you to Ann and Joy. They hooked us up with mangos. You made our stay so much better. I will always choose this hotel due to the proximity and the service they provide.

房間很寬敞！但是如果他們已經提前分配並且不要求我們第二天搬走的話，停車位會很好。另外，提高額外客人的停車費，他們錯誤地向我們收取過夜停車費，而不是只收取 4 小時
