環境好！游泳🏊桑拿🧖♀️健身於一體！早餐豐富！交通便利！附近超市美食種類繁多！孩子在酒店玩的很開心🥳

設施有點年份比較舊，其他都很好

經常來的酒店。

Check innya lama , sy dateng jam 15.00 aja msh disuruh tunggu karna kamarnya blm ready, dijanjiin 20 menit, tp stlh 30 menit sy tanya lg.. katanya blm siap juga.. krn kelamaan akhirnya sy tanya lg, bru dikasi kamarnya.. sesampainya di kamarpun, kamar blm sepenuhnya selesai, kunci msh nyantol di dinding, dan selang 30 menit dtng teknisi mau betulin kran air. Pd saat itu kebersihan jg kurang, sy liat rambut di pojokkan. Sy note minta kamar lantai tinggi juga gak diakomodir, pdhl di apk udah tulis dan sdh telp juga 2 hr sebelumnya. Mau breakfast juga rame bgt, sy disuruh tunggu waiting list 🫣 Pengalaman menginap sy ketolong sm rasa breakfastnya yg enak2 dan cukup variatif dan kesigapan / keramahan, staff yg bagian barang di depan. Tapi FO perlu ditingkatkan kesigapannya terutama saat check in.

Minta dekor simple atau cake eh beneran di kasih dong,trmksh aston🥰

The reception staff went our their way to help me: they directed my Bluebird taxi driver, as he could not speak English; they helped me with ordering a Grab taxi; and even after I left the hotel, they contacted me to notify me about a restaurant I was asking them about. I am particularly thankful to Ms. Dewa for this support.

値段の割には良くないホテルでした。初めて宿泊しましたが私には合いません、冷蔵庫も温蔵庫だし嫌な思いでいっぱいです。

Pelayanan sangat bagus, lokasi strategis. Menu sarapan mohon dibuat lebih variatif dan menarik. Jika sudah habis untuk segera direfill lagi.

Mantap lah hotelnya makanan enak kamarnya bersih toilet bersih orang² ramah² recommended lah pokoknya untuk stay di aston hotel Makassar Thx Aston,thx trip.com

출장으로 선택한 호털이라 가성비가 좋습니다. 아침 식사는 인도네시아 다른 호텔과 비슷합니다.

No complementary water bottle in the room, the staff said they doing go green so we have to fill our kettle from the water dispenser outside the room, and that time the dispenser wasn't well prepared, the Galon was not in the dispenser, i had to do it myself Request for shower cap, i had to call 3x, and arrived in more than 30mins At breakfast time, the table wasn't clean, there was coffee stain and foods crumbs, but the foods is good also has lot of varieties

Lokasi strategis,makanan enak,kamar nyaman,tempat gym bagus.
