The hotel couldn’t with a face lift for sure. The auto check in wasn’t working so had to wait 15 mins to check in as the staff (singular) was working the bar and waiting and checking in or everyone else was on a break. The aircon in the room wasn’t working and it was 25*c upwards overnight. Noght staff could open the windows and no other room to move to apparently. I was offered a floor standing fan that wasn’t electrically safe and missing the face guard. The manager in the morning totally not bothered about anything other than serving the tepid scrambled eggs to the six people in the dinning room. Still waiting for a refund to be processed from “The Big Boss” who’s on holiday. Let’s hope they’re not staying in a Premmier Inn
