「物業太好了。。工作人員很有禮貌..唯一出問題的是工作人員之間的溝通不暢..即使是一再要求我們分配較高樓層的房間並裝飾房間，因為這是我們的第一次婚禮周年紀念日，他們的系統中沒有此要求。這是一家五星級酒店，這不是我們要支付的價格。.接待處辦理入住手續的人問我與我交談過的人的名字關於我的請求..我記得名字，所以對我來說很容易..但是如果我忘記了名字....他們會告訴我這是我的錯。.但是我在手機上記錄了我與員工之間的談話，並且還分享了姓名（Ronak-與我交談的人）和（Savita-誰向我保證了請求將得到解決） 最後，他們讓我與我的房間折衷..他們在一樓（較高的樓層）分配了我的房間，但他們沒有給我帶我所付錢的牀的房間..他們給了我房間與兩張單人牀..我別無選擇，衹能妥協，因為我不想浪費時間辦理入住手續，並在酒店裡度過快樂的一天。.我將酒店評為五星級，但員工的服務和管理為3星..」

「The experience at pratap heritage was good. But we noticed the below drawback - no lift, parking was on the roadside, some basic amenities like complementary water and toiletries were not upto the hotel standards as presented in mmt app, services like hot water for bathing are not available 24 hours because of solar geysers.」

「Everything is clean and nice. Overall excellent hotel i/r location, cleanless od room and quality of food is nice and tasty.」

「Hotel is good, it has pool to accommodate 3-4 people. View from rooms (if you get corner ones) are great. Other than that, poor service, food taste is either under cooked or filled with spices. Roti/chapati will be severed cold always. Rooms and stairs will have water dropping in raining seasons. So family with small kids should be careful. Other than that hotel is in-between panchagali and mahabaleshwar market so good for people who loves quite stay but overall its wasn't great but normal stay. If hotel improves their services and fixes the water sipage and leakage then it's 4. 5 out 5.」
