Ixora suite is perfect for family. As per they charged its luxurious,Specious and looks elegance.. view is also good tree is in front .. no need to go out for sunrise.. when come to point of hygiene and facilities than it’s come straight way down from 5- to 2.. like u spent for luxury and getting ordinary facilitie. for cleanliness of jacuzzi is not goods even toiletry thing’s is not there.. Wi-Fi sucks. Hopefully next 2 days we will get good facilities.. food for Jain is good but again options and hospitality point they are lacking..key point is excellent location and peace if they will upgrade their hospitality than its value for money treat

The resort is in old Mahabaleshwar. The approach road is narrow and was under construction. The property is large size and has ***y amenities. We had booked Valley view suit for 2 nights. Valley view is a misnomer as the view is that of town and amenities of the resort. So no real valley view which is on the extreme side. Our room had ***y issues including bed headrest ( that was fixed soon), the room card key stopped working ( that was not fixed) and we had to do with ***ual keys. There was a small leakage from the flush knob in the toilet and could not be fixed ( it probably needed washer replacement). All in all there was no hot water in the evening. ***y complaints were made. On our last evening when ***ager heard about the issue, something was done to start the hot water. On the positive side, food was good, adequate amenities like spa, swimming pool, activity room etc were there. Service was good. There was a marriage on our check-out day. The preparation started previous night and went on for whole night. We couldn't sleep. The ***agement's customer focus was lacking looking at all these issues and hence 3* feedback considering all aspects. I will not recommend the resort in busy Nov/Dec season or in May.

We choose to stay in 'The Hut', a private wooden cottage (made with a container) within the property. It gave excellent privacy. comfort & feeling of being in the wild while being on the property. Apart from a wonderful balcony, it is the only room with bath tub cum jacuzzi. Being away from the main property and owing to its suspended structure surrounded by trees, be prepared to be surprised by Monkey, Cat or Dog's thump on the roof or near the door. We totally loved it. Breakfast is excellent with ample options and so is the buffet dinner. The entire property was lush with beautiful colourful flowers.

The room - family suite -forest view I stayed was neat and clean, linen, toiletries were all top class Few negatives from our perspective - - it is a pure vegetarian place - room service is bad - we were served someone else’s order - burnt garlic noodle was full of green chilly- yuk.. - breakfast spread was average - play area equipment was not up to the mark Overall, not really a value for money.

I visited Ramsukh on 28,29th June 2023 to celebrate my mom's 75th bday.I had heard a lot about this resort..but unfortunately it was all about the villas or such properties.and when they say this is a 5star property my expectations were high and I opted for a suit B101...I didn't find it upto the mark..the balcony was closed with sliding glass shutters..only on 3 sides..that too with broken frames, having written numbers on it,uncleaned glasses..the fourth side was not covered..why I have no idea.but the whole point of looking at the beautiful monsoon clouds sitting in the balcony was wasted.the room service also was not good.. everytime they forgot one or the other thing like plates to serve or tissues or salt pepper!! television had not common Marathi channels..which obviously troubled my mother...as senior citizens can't live without their series..thank God I had iPad to solve this problem on our own. being in Maharashtra they should subscribe all Marathi channels.our driver had given very dirty room without even a pillow and bed sheet..which after my complaint they solved. In all I was shocked to have this experience from a 5 star hotel after paying 10k for one night. But I must appreciate location,food quality, cleanliness and Spa of the resort.next time will make it sure to book one of the most reviewed huts or villas. Usually i don't like to give negative feedback..but I felt no one should face such a disappointment after spending ones hard earned money. Hope the authority maintains the same star quality at every type of accomodation they provide.

Overall it was a good experience - great room with view at the right price and good amenities. But few things that need correction are - 1. some renovation in Bathrooms 2. Food was very average for the price. Pune’s world of veg has better food. 3. Breakfast spread is not that great at the price that is being paid.

We had a wonderful family vacation @ Ramsukh Resort. Very good staff &***agement. Food was very nice, The property had a good area for kids which is all maintained. would surely recommend for a relaxing getaway. We would surely visit again.

The property is good.. But the food is not good and not worth the price as per the taste... We tried all the cuisines there but maximum was taste was not up to the mark at all. Not worth eating the food here. Also the rooms are quiet dark. Very limited lights are there in the room and it feels as if the room is always dark. Need proper lighting in room so it becomes a little more bright.

I have been visiting Ramsukh regularly. The hospitality and ambience here is simply amazing. The cleanliness of the resort, food quality is top notch. They arrange some activities like jungle trek which are also very good
