Solo traveller. 3 night stay in late Sept 2023. Mild Monsoon weather. Overall Excellent stay. Room very big, having fridge really helpful, comfy bed and soft pillows. Daily hot shower. AC worked flawless. Grounds are setback, very quiet and pleasant. Nice Indian breakfast selection. High tea from 5-6pm with snacks. I ate out mostly for lunch and dinner, so ***y veg and no veg places. Only 3 minute walk from hotel to centre of town so no car needed, can explore all on foot. Different vibe during day and night. Nice local shops for tourists and gifts/handicrafts. Reception very helpful from start, big shout out to Ramesh, Rajesh and Istiyak. Helped me with everything from start to finish. Booked local tours from reception, which was safe, good price and helpful drivers. Must visit Lingmala waterfall. There is a local market every Tuesday just outside the hotel so access and checkin is by foot, not car, but well worth seeing.

The place is very cozy. It's proximity to the market is a great bonus. The only issue was that it seemed to be understaffed. Any room service took a minimum of 40 minutes. The breakfast buffet was good, but often empty and their refills were too few and delayed. The bed linens were worn and I had to ask for a change twice.

Very Nice Location & Ambiance Location is very Nice. Good staff co operative Nature. Family friendly Resort. Market is near by. Rooms also very nicely designed. Restaurant is Good. Breakfast menu has variety of choice for everyone. Restaurant staff is very polite in nature. Overall It was a great experience

Bed and Pillows all were good .extra bedding needs improvement ,mainly for adult the Matress is not comfortable (70kg and above) Property is very Good Staff is very polite and supportive. Indian Food is awesome .we enjoyed late evening IPL show on wide screen. For beer person options are very limited. Weekly events should be organised during long weekends .DJ on weekends should be a must. Activities were closed during our visit that made our children Little Sad and lonely ,only pool Was operational. Pool Was clean and maintained. Overall 4.5 out 5 rating .

I stayed only for one day with my parents. The hotel staff and the front desk staff is very accomodating and always ready to help. The rooms were neat and clean. I loved the vintage look they have give ln to all the rooms. It has beautiful play area for kids and a very good swimming pool with sauna and other facilities. Breakfast spread was wholesome and we loved everything. Despite being very near to the Mahabaleshwar market, this place has its own peace and tranquility. Highly recommended.

Post a 2-year hiatus from travel, we zeroed in on Mahableshwar on a whim, mainly driven by the local Winter Festival.When we asked our relatives who had come here, they told Ramesh name and gave Ramesh's number. They said Ramesh will take care of you if you go to Mahabaleshwar. He told us that when he came to Mahabaleshwar, Ramesh helped him a lot and even took care of him.We decided on the chambers without much planning, the key factor being easy access to the Mahableshwar where the fest was to be. Looking back, I can gladly say that choosing citrus was the best decision we made. The Deluxe Room was spacious and the desk & Wi-fi provided us a comfortable space for urgent office work. Courtesy & pleasant behavior of the entire staff from front desk to kitchen & housekeeping was refreshing They took great care and did not say no to anything, but Ramesh gave us all the comforts, wifi, good room, no chance to complain.Specially Ramesh rajesh reservation head sonali dhanajay . Though busy, the staff always made sure of including the personal touch in all our interactions. Room-service & Housekeeping was efficient. Regarding food, be it the buffet breakfast or Room service, the food was fresh & tasty. Breakfast at the roof top was a pleasure and a big shout out to chefs in the Open kitchen & all the servers who served us with big smiles on their faces. Kudos to the DJ as well, who relentlessly played the best tunes (requests even) to jumpstart our days. The property itself is spacious and tastefully done with a well-equipped , playroom, and Bar. The restaurant & bar are elegant and beautifully done. A big shout out to dhanajay from the restaurant who took great care of us. As we had to check out quite early in the morning, the kitchen was kind enough to pack sandwiches & tea for us. All in all, its a great place to be if you are in Mahableshwar. While I was planing my visit to Mahabaleshwar, I was looking at a property which has an old colonial type feel..I came across The Chambers which did seem like that on pictures and booked the same.. Let me tell you, the property is really beautiful..the decor has been kept like a colonial one..Very tastefully done.. My suggestion would be pls go for the Suite rooms..they are definitely expensive, but really worth it, overlooking garden. The staff is very friendly..The property has enough parking space ..Good children area for them to play ..the food served at the restaurant is quite good.. The property has recently opened a bar which serves nice cocktails..Aniket really served us well here Aaryan also was very helpful in making us play archery.. The main market is close by..I would strongly recommend this to people who want to go back to the old world charm..

A group of six of us stayed four nights here on a tour of Maharashtra and enjoyed it very much. At its core is an old colonial bungalow in beautiful spacious grounds an easy walk to the town centre. You can also walk up to Wilson Point to see the sunrise/sunset if you don’t mind a hill. It’s very set up for leisure with activities available in the garden for young and old. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable with small but stylish modern bathrooms. While the rooms were a touch dark as they look out into the covered Supper Hall, it was good to have a corridor/seating area to ourselves. Everything was kept clean and there was a great laundry service. We had breakfasts and dinners in the Supper Hall and they were excellent. We’ve travelled together a lot over the years and this hotel stands out as a gem. This is most of all because of the lovely staff who helped us in so ***y ways and put up with all our special requests (including shortening a walking stick!), even putting a dish on the Specials menu for us. We’d very happily stay at Citrus Chambers again.

It’s a beautiful property with huge and spacious rooms and very well maintained. The staffs are very humble and polite . The food is nice . Loved the open restaurant of this property the most . It is surrounded by lush green environment , that makes you feel in heaven .
