Mr. Yusuf the hotel staff is very helpful. Also he is very genuine and takes care of all guests. Also he is very polite and does his job sincerely. He guided also for the trip like. What to visit and when. I suggest to stay in this everytime.

I booked the hotel for my family stay. When I reached to check in I found very Rooms are not tidy and clean and bathroom conditions are very poor to stay. Everywhere mess was there. Upon this, the locality is very shocking and not good for family stay. It was Looking like a housing building in below average locality. Major disadvantage is No parking. Have to park car on road. I decided not to check in hotel and found another hotel for stay. In between I contacted to Treebo Customer care to lodge my complain and but they were not ready to listen about all issue. Finally I throw my money for not staying in the hotel. Pathetic hotel with lootere Treebo group. SO If you are going to stay peacefully then this place is not at all good.

I booked two rooms over Christmas 2022 on *********** and paid a bomb, half in advance. This place is a dump; the photographs are false and rooms in such a condition as shown, do not exist. Its filthy, with toilets which have no place in a Treebo branded property. And the reviews, I have my sincere doubts. The linen was dirty and stained as were the pillows. I am reviewing here too, after a review on *********** because others shouldn't get scammed as we were. Treebo obviously has no follow-up checks and this listing needs to be removed.

This property is located in the main market mahabaleshwar which is 600 meters away, the property serves breakfast to all the guests, rooms are clean and pleasant ambience, staff are humble and supportive, I recommend this property to all the guests

Good place to stay and sight seeing places accessible, Hotel staff had taken care of our requirement and guided us on travel arrangement for sight seeing and always at service for any help. Rooms are neat and clean. 24 hrs hot water supply

It was a beautiful experience staying at the hotel because of the staffs cooperating at any point of time and I seriously mean it. Although initially I didn't like the area, but as I hesitantly checked in, it was a warm welcome by a guy named Yusuf. This guy is brilliant because I had old aged parents and my 3 year old kid. As everybody knows, 25th December is fully packed in Mahabaleshwar still it was worth staying because of the response Yusuf was providing. You ask for it and in 10 to 15mins you have it. Parking was also available and breakfast was very yummy. Rooms are neat and clean. Hot water is available and it's a perfect budget stay near the main market.

Very good staff nice and clean hotel the only thing is it’s very much inside and car parking u have to do on road that the only negative issue overall all services are very nice.Manager Yusuf was very helpful
