喜來得居住飯店(Palette - Hotel Heritage Residency)

Service very bad . Need to call ***y ***y time for 1 glass. Horrible Horrible

Heritage was easily the crappiest hotel I have been to. We traveled with family and had taken two rooms. The rooms were smelling of mildew due to likely a leak into wood panels. The toilets smelled of sewage suggesting drainage issues and the shower was filthy. The only value is that the room was big enough. This came in handy when we realized that sleeping overnight in a mold infestation was going to be bad for the parents. Two rollaway beds fit in the extra space. All this said, avoid this place at all costs. They don't charge you less money --- we met a family that paid 8000+ per room per day. What are you getting for that if they can't get the basics right?

Very Bad experince. Except the extremly humble staff and good food, my stay was a terrible experince. Broekn bath rooms, AC failed and they changed room at night upon request. But they were not proactive to say Ac failed . No room service. dial 600 no one takes call. When I returend late evening they said no parking and am forced to throw my car on road that night. Seems ***agement doesn;t care much.

Lot of fruit flies in the restroom as well as bedding area Unclean sheets on the bed Toilet bathing area not clean

Awesome hospitality. clean and neat environment, tastety food overall I have have enjoyed and my kids liked swimming pool and play area , if anybody coming to madurai feel this Heritage Residency Vilangudi Madurai

Check in Process very quick even at midnight. Nice excellent stay , food was good separately mention Venpongal with sambar vada. staff was very friendly. If i visit madurai surely i will stay this hotel only.
