Akeah 大飯店 Gran Via(Akeah Hotel Gran Via)

Great, modern contemporary designed hotel with lots of little touches that add to customer delight. Very centrally located and close to both bus and metro options. Front desk staff Marta she's fantastic and sweet have not words and gave tips for internet conexion and pool service,the only thing the heating didn't work so I have to take my wet clothes at home.

Disappointed Stay at here I recently stayed at your hotel and I wanted to share my experience with you. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the service and facilities during my stay. [Specific issue 1] the room was not clean, the staff was rude, or the breakfast was subpar. [Specific Issue 2]: the bed was uncomfortable, the air conditioning was not working, or the pool was closed. [Specific Issue 3]: the hotel was noisy, the parking was limited, or the Wi-Fi was slow. I understand that things can go wrong from time to time, but I was really expecting more from a hotel of your reputation. I would appreciate if you could take the time to address these issues and improve the experience for future guests.

Das Hotel liegt nahe an einer Metrohaltestelle und somit ist man schnell an den wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer lagen zum Innenhof und es war sehr ruhig. Die Matratzen der Betten sind angenehm und die Bäder praktisch und modern. Ich würde es wieder buchen. Aufgrund der vielen Restaurants und Bars ist eine Halbpension nicht notwendig. Frühstück war Ok mit div. Wurst- und Käsesorten sowie Gebäck und süßen Aufstrichen. Kaffee, Tee, Saft alles was den Start in den Tag angenehm macht.

Habitación muy pequeña pero bonita. Se olvidaron poner la funda nórdica y por no llamar a recepción a las 00:01 h dormimos solo con las sábanas. Aire acondicionado algo ruidoso. Pero en general el hotel bien

Un séjour du 16 au 18 décembre, rien à redire l’hôtel remplit tout ses promesses , nous avons passés une très beau séjour , dans un cadre calme et avec une superbe chambre en plein coeur de la capitale espagnole !

L’hôtel est bien décoré et très bien placé pour explorer la ville. Les chambres sont très petites et peu de rangement. L’alarme incendie a sonné en pleine nuit 3 fois la première nuit et 2 fois la deuxième nuit.

Me encantó la propiedad,en cercanías de la gran vía , el personal muy amable ,desde la recepción hasta en el restaurante . Lugar limpio y bien cuidado ,no hay dudas que volvería a ir ,me encantó

Das Personal ist unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und gut ausgebildet. Die Zimmer, eher klein aber mit gutem Komfort, sauber und im modernen Stil gehalten. Auch die Lage war besser als erwartet. Die Metro haben wir während des Aufenthalts nie gebraucht. Ich würde wieder gehen
