珀蒂宮廣場市長飯店(Petit Palace Plaza Mayor)

Ya hemos estado en este hotel y nos sigue gustando por su excelente ubicación y servicio. Todo el personal es muy amable y dispuesto a dar la mejor atención, como es el caso de Rubén y Beatriz en la recepción, y de Elena en el restaurante. Volveremos !!

マヨール広場まで徒歩10分、地下鉄Opera駅まで5分, 王宮の観光にも便利。またホテルの目の前にはサンミゲル市場があり、新鮮な魚介類が並んでいて、調理したての料理とお酒をその場でいただくことができます。 　ただ今年１０月までは地下鉄１号線が工事のため閉鎖していて空港から地下鉄を利用してマヨール広場まで行けませんでした。 　ホテルの近くには２４時間営業のチュロスのお店老舗カフェChocolateria de San Ginesがあります。マドリードの人はChocolate con churrosを日本人の飲んだ後の締めのラーメンような感じで食べるそうです。

Unfortunately this is a bad review. Nothing against the people who work there or the location. But I stayed for 4 nights in the 6 guests bedroom with my family and the AC unit was broken. It was summer in Madrid!!! No one was able to sleep. They ent is a portable fan but it was just not enough. They said they would fix it. They didn’t. On the last night, I was really upset and they allowed 2 of us in another bedroom with a good AC where I was finally able to sleep. It was a nightmare. The 6 guest bedroom is not cheap! It’s like staying in 2 smaller bedrooms. They should have switched us immediately. AVOID.

lo recomiendo por su ubicacion, ademas esta excelente la habitacion y servicio, al lado esta un supermercado enfrente el mercado san miguel, muy cerca la plaza mayor y plaza del sol, a una calle de la gran via

We stayed for three nights in July, and this was our second time at this hotel. Clean, modern room, nice buffet breakfast, and helpful staff. Our room was quiet, despite the hotel being in the heart of the city center – a one or two minute walk to the Plaza Mayor and the Mercado San Miguel.

The front staff are very helping. I lost my cellphone in the taxi. The front desk staff helped me communicate with the taxi driver and got me cellphone back. I am very grateful. The hotel is in the perfect location close to all restaurants and attractions. Also there is a grocery store right next to the hotel making us very convenient to have local fresh fruits and other daily needs.

Can’t beat the location right by Plaza Mayor. Restaurants are everywhere in Madrid and this area has plenty. Restaurant Botin is 5 minutes away. Sol metro station is 7 minute walk if that. Hotel breakfast was good with a variety of meats and cheeses, breads, eggs. Our room was small but it fit our needs. Very clean.
