위치가 너무 안쪽에있고 오르막길도 있어서 짐들고 올라가기가 힘들었습니다 또 호텔주인 번호로 전화를 많이 했는데 잘 안받으셔서 체크인하는데에도 시간이 많이 걸렸습니다 방 내부는 넓고 좋았지만 화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 많이 났어요

SCAMMERS-they require you to connect “at least 72 hours in advance” in order to arrange access but fail to answer, leaving travellers vulnerable with unsecured accommodation prior to arrival, then keep the fee because all of this happens after the free cancellation date cut off. Avoid at all costs. They are scamming thieves that should not be permitted to book via booking sites.

Commençons par le seul point positif : l’emplacement, ( bon et la literie est confortable aussi) Sinon, attendez vous a être réveillé soit par le bruit des voisins si vous êtes chanceux, soit par l’odeur épouvantables des égouts. Dernier point cocasse : il manque une porte de douche… donc la salle de bain est sans cesse trempé. Nous sommes allez signalé le problème « la dernière personne l’a cassé, ça va bientôt être réparé ». Après lecture de plusieurs avis booking, la porte était déjà cassée 5 mois auparavant. Ils ne répondent pas/peu au téléphone. Je ne recommande évidement pas cet établissement.

Excelente ubicación. Hermoso barrio, cercano a las atracciones principales de Madrid. Sin embargo, hubo algunas cosas que empañaron nuestra estadía. Escogimos este tipo de alojamiento para ahorrar en desayunos y comidas pero el apartamento asignado no tenía ni cafetera ni tostadora ni colador de fideos ni una placa para horno. Son las cosas básicas para las comidas prácticas que se preparan en este tipo de alojamiento. Tener elementos para preparar un café y 2 tostadas no es pedir demasiado. Para qué dotar un apartamento con horno si no hay dónde calentar una pizza? Ni cesto de basura había. Escribimos al Whatsapp que funcionaría como "atención al cliente".... todavía estamos esperando que nos acerque lo solicitado. En resumen: si buscan ubicación, es excelente hospedaje; si buscan este tipo de alojamiento para reducir costos de desayunos, almuerzos o cenas y resolución de inconvenientes, entonces no es tan recomendable.

Para nada recomiendo este sitio .. cucarachas , limpieza pésima , ducha rota .. y lo más importante no te atienden a partir de las 20:00 h si tienes una urgencia como nos paso a nosotras … no te cogen el teléfono ! . Hemos estado 6 chicas y tuvimos una urgencia con un huésped ( algo bastante importante ) y no nos atendió nadie tuvimos que dormir con la mesa en la puerta por miedo a este señor .. para nada lo aconsejo ! Por supuesto que dimos constancia a la policía .

We arrived an hour after check in and room was still not ready. Had to drop bags and hang around for an additional 2 hours. Once we got to the room, 1 of the minisplit ACs was non-functioning in the living area so the entire apartment was hot. We were on the top floor and windows open to the roof which made it hotter. The upstairs bathroom had no airflow at all and smelled like sewer gas. The refrigerator was not cooling properly and kept beeping the entire time. Mildew in the shower, cracks in the tile floor, found a pill on the floor along with lots of dustbunnies. Couch had cigarette burn in it and some sort of stain on it, maybe pee? Tried to contact the office several times to request a different room or see what could be done and they never responded. Would not recommend at all.

I had a terrible experience, stay away from this place. After making a reservation on ***********, I messaged Behap multiple times to tell them that I was arriving after 8 pm, their latest standard check-in time. They never replied. I tried to call them, write them on *********** and Whatsapp, they just sent me a payment link with no explanations. As I was fearing a scam, I told them I would have paid only once I was on the premises. They never replied. I called them multiple times and they never sent me check-in instructions. I ended up in front of their door at 11 pm with no way to enter and nobody answering the phone. I booked another hotel and left. The day after they flagged me as no-show on ***********! Stay away from this place.

The all deal was a hoax. In the pictures of my reservation a see a large room, with sofa, etc. In fact what I got was a tiny, tiny room, without the sofa, without towels, without the wifi password, the sheets were dirty with hairs from previous guests, etc. It was a total deceive. I tried to contact the lady in charge many times by messages, phone calls, never got an answer; before my payment she always answered very politely. The next morning we left to a normal hotel. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT HOTEL!!

Location is amazing! So close for walking to parks and to centre/palace. Lots of bakeries and restaurants close by. Room is basic - clean bedding and towels provided. Beds comfy and wifi / tv great. However not enough plates, cutlery, glasses. No kitchen towel or washing up liquid. Toilet paper ran out on second day. Sofa bed not made up (but was comfy). Ironing board but no iron. No clothes maiden to dry wet clothing (but washing machine provided).
