酒店位置方便，距離地鐵站（Seville) 只是五分鐘的路程，再往前走就到步行街（Gran Via) ，很近。由於馬德里的觀光點較為集中，因此基本上可以從酒店步行到景點，而且也只是十分鐘的路程之內。酒店附近應該是政府機關大樓，有很多警察駐守，所以治安尚算安全。

the bathrooms and hallways have acrid pungent smell suggestive of plumbing issues; air conditioner did not work at all; noise in the the room throughout the night from staff loading / unloading items; if you get the supposedly quiet room facing courtyard be prepared to constantly smell tobacco smoke from smokers allowed to smoke there; staff are nice, trying to do their best, but the place is dismal, not 4 stars by any stretch of imagination

Primera planta, laberinto hasta llegar, un ruido de motor que no cesa. Llamo para saber si en algún momento parara.. me dicen que si.. que debe ser de algún bar… mi habitación da a un patio interior son más de las 01.15 y no puedo pegar ojo.. el motor obviamente no para.. y no es de la habitación que que no tengo el aire puesto. La bañera con el suelo desgastado la habitación estrecha. Un dos estrellas con ínfulas de 4. Me he quedado en otros por la zona y muchísimo mejor que este y más económicos. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Excelente localización, muy céntrica y ambiente seguro. Personal muy atento, amable y accesible para contestar preguntasy orientar sobre las rutas a seguir en el mapa. Muy buen servicio de limpieza en el cuarto. En el desayuno recomiendo variar las frutas entre dias. Por lo demas muy bueno el servicio en general.

Muy buena ubicación, habitación amplia, camas cómodas, buena atención en el área de recepción, limpio. Cercano a ellos hay varios restaurantes en especial uno italiano Partenope súper recomendado al igual que el hotel Soho congreso. Bastante cerca una o dos calles de Plaza del Sol.

Elegimos este hotel por ubicación y por las opiniones. Totalmente satisfecho con la elección. Las profesionales que nos atendieron en recepción súper amables. El hotel es bonito, limpio y silencioso. Está justo detrás del Congreso y muy cerca de Sol, por situación muy contento. Totalmente recomendable. Gracias a todos los profesionales de este hotel.

Una habitación impresionante Junior suite y un trato y limpieza excelentes. La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer el centro de Madrid, mucho comercio y restauración por la zona. Totalmente recomendable tanto para familias como para negocios.
