阿莫爾迪奧斯17號精品飯店(Amor de Dios 17 Luxury Suites)

Hotel composto da alcuni appartamenti in un piccolo palazzo vicino al centro, ma in una stradina tranquilla e ben servita, con negozi bar e ristoranti per tutti i gusti. L'appartamento era moderno, funzionale, con spazi adeguati, letto comodo ed equipaggiato di tutto, con pulizie giornaliere e bottiglia di acqua fresca offerta. Non c'è servizio di reception, ma il self check-in è stato facile grazie al contatto rapido e chiaro con il gestore.

Superbe appart’hotel. Très jolie déco. Très confortable et spacieux pour 3. Accueil très sympathique et services rapides et efficaces. Emplacement idéal dans un quartier qui bouge pour rayonner dans Madrid grâce à la station de métro au pied de l’immeuble et des arrêts de bus à 100 mètres. On reviendra 😃

Una vera scoperta! Consigliato da amici che già avevano soggiornato in Amor de Dios, non posso che confermare tutto al top! In primis il design degli spazi , a cui segue posizione eccellente per passeggiare e visitare Madrid, tutto a piedi e nel caso con Metro a un passo, il comfort generale, e più nei dettagli letto perfetto, silenzio assoluto pur avendo tre splendide e luminose finestre, doccia con getto abbondante, facilità di check-in /out con tastiere e senza scomode chiavi da portarsi in giro. Sarà per sempre la mia casa a Madrid!

Highly recommend this fabulous boutique hotel in Barrio de las Letras district. Perfect location, so close to everything, yet felt tucked away from the noise. Felt very safe walking around the area at night, and so many great restaurants close by. Great little tapas bar right opposite and just across the road from a fantastic food market. James and Dani were perfect hosts, so helpful. Room was stylish, clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short break. We had the junior suite for a family of three - perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

Disliked · Lobby was dark and had a bad odor. No staff whatsoever during our one night stay. we reserved a room with the balcony and instead got room "2" zero level There was no heat and no way to fix the problems because of no staff. that existed nor to refund our money. The the configuration of the rooms were small box-like and very confining and uncomfortable, It did not have good air flow, and as at found it difficult to breathe in aggravated my asthma condition. T Room was properly described in the listing. In the HOTEL listing there is over 100 photos displayed but only one photo of this "0" level apartment’s narrow kitchen. There was no photo’s for instance of the bedroom. It was so small one person had to crawl over the bed to get to his side of the bed because of the limited space. I think the description of this room was misrepresented by the Hotel. We originally made a four-day reservation and left early the next morning after a pretty miserable cold night!

This is a little bit of a different hotel when compared to chain hotels. Communication is either WhatsApp or email. I’m the WhatsApp message you get a code for the front door and the room door. Someone was there to meet us, make sure to explain the doors, hours etc. We got to our room, tried showering and got the room flooded. The staff was super quick and responsive and within 10 minutes we were in a new room. The rooms were clean, the shower was hot with nice pressure, sheets were clean on the king size bed! I would definitely recommend staying here. No frills, but definitely central and accessible

we stayed at the Amor de Dios 17 Luxury Suites, lured by its promises of luxury and comfort. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel's location, while central, proved to be its downfall. Nestled in a bustling area, the relentless noise from the street was a constant disturbance, significantly impacting our ability to relax and get a good night's sleep. This issue was exacerbated by inadequate soundproofing in the rooms. Another major concern was the cleanliness of our suite. Despite being touted as a luxury establishment, the standards of hygiene were subpar. We encountered issues like dust on surfaces and less-than-spotless bathrooms, which are unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber. Also, our experiences with the hotel staff, particularly James the manager, were disheartening. We found the manager to be unapproachable and dismissive of our concerns. Requests for basic amenities and assistance were met with indifference, leaving us feeling unwelcome and undervalued as guests. While we had high hopes for our stay at Amor de Dios 17 Luxury Suites, the reality fell short in every aspect. From the relentless noise and poor cleanliness to the unprofessional attitude of the management, our experience was deeply disappointing. We do not recommend this hotel to travelers seeking a peaceful and luxurious stay in Madrid.

Super convenient location off Calle Atocha, within walking distance of the station. Very well soundproofed - it was a quiet place to stay. I booked a small studio but was upgraded to a 2-bed apartment! Very comfortable and easy to access accommodation and James, the building manager, could not have been more helpful.

I spent 3 nights at the Amor De Dios in early October and I must say, overall, I was disappointed. The room is pretty specious but not as described. The entrance doesn't look like a hotel at all and that makes me feel a little uncomfortable. Also, the manager is definitely arrogant. The location is not the best you can find but it is located more or less at the center. It is not the most luxurious neighborhood if you know what I mean... All in all, if you consider the relatively high price per night, I would not recommend it as there are way better value-for-money options in Madrid
