卡亞俄阿雷納爾套房飯店(Arenal Suites Preciados)

This lovely studio was spotless and in a great location. Its minutes from the Gran Via, plaza Sol and metro stations. The communication before arrival was perfect. Check in was easy and really helpful with lots of advice and recommendations. We were supplied with a useful welcome tray (tea, coffee, salt and oil) together with shampoo and shower gel. We initially had a problem with wifi but this was promptly fixed. We would thoroughly recommend this accomodation.

Posto centralissimo ma, proprio per questo, affollatissimo. Tuttavia la breve strada è pedonale e le finestre offrino un ottimo riparo acustico. Stanza spaziosa. Cucina ben attrezzata, anche con forno a microonde. Esperienza più che positiva.

An ideal studio apartment in the heart of Madrid. Excellent for walking to all the main attractions such as The Prado, Royal Palace etc. Our apartment was spotlessly clean with a cleaner coming in twice during our 5 night stay and had all the amenities we needed for a city break.

I loved staying here. The suite was comfortable, well maintained and wonderfully designed -- a modern interior in a charming historic building. It had lots of light, along with anything I could have needed and more (Juliet balcony, great wifi, frig/freezer, stove, TV, washing machine!). And location -- It was incredibly central to major tourist sites, restaurants, groceries, etc. As their wonderful management rep, Christian, told me when he met me at the building, I didn't need to take the metro until I left Madrid. As I understand it, the company has multiple suites in different buildings -- all in Madrid Centro. I felt like a Madrileña, with the knowledge that help, if ever needed, was always only a text or call away. Arenal Suites will be my first choice for a return trip to Madrid.

Ha sido una muy grata experiencia desde la atencion a la llegada hasta el checkout. Maria y christian son unos exelentes host. El apartamento esta ubicado en un lugar idoneo para visitar la ciudad a pie o, en nuestro caso, para ir a los diferentes teatros puesto que se encuentra a 2 minutos de la Gran Via. Apartamento limpio como a estrenar con todos los utensilios necesarios en cocina y baño. Cama MUY comoda. Sin duda, será nuestro alojamiento en la proxima visita.

I loved my room. It was well designed, clean, secure, efficient, lots of light, Juliet balcony -- and the location was central Madrid without a lot of noise. (I did not need to use the metro until I left Madrid). Communication with management was great (Thank you, Christian!)

Appartamento situato in zona centrale, pulito, dotato di tutti i confort, a pochi metri dalla metropolitana. Personale super disponibile (grazie Cristian). Consiglio vivamente
