Very nice room, very nice fitness center and pool. Location is great. I really liked breakfast and the dining area. Lots of spaces to relax/lounge area/couches on two levels of the lobby. Room was very comfortable. The bad...front desk was not friendly on the night shift. Housekeeping services were not good, had to request 24 hours ahead for your room to be cleaned and no service on weekends.

Super clean! Close to American Family Children’s Hospital. Awesome breakfast with REAL plates, cups, glasses and flatware. Our king room with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The room was spacious and spa like bathroom. Hotel appears to be new. Will definitely stay again.

The property is very new and every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect to great shopping and restaurants and Target right across the street. The desk in my room was dirty with food on it which bothered me and you had to schedule housekeeping to come so I had to clean it myself. Breakfast was decent with hot eggs and make yourself waffles.

This is the best hotel we stayed around UW Madison Campus. I was going to give a perfect 10 but I got annoyed with the 3 employees standing at the breakfast area.Not helpful at all. I asked for help and they just stared at me . They can be a little helpful and nicer with the other guests too . The buffet breakfast was good! The manager was amazing! The receptionist gave a graduation cap filled with candies for the newly grads and they had an area for photo op for graduates and their families. Very thoughtful!

Our stay was perfect! The room was beautifully clean, the layout (with sleeper sofa and TV) was comfortable, and we slept so well on a very comfortable bed. To top it off, the breakfast was tasty and high quality. We'll definitely return to this hotel.

The staff were very helpful in assisting us with our disabled housemate. The disability options in the room were also fantastic, plenty of room to bring a wheelchair into the bathroom. Great service, would use again next time we need to get to the hospital.

The view from our room was great. We could see the 4th of July fireworks. The breakfast was top notch. Great variety of offerings. Very pleasant decor. Modern design and exceptionally clean.
