I stayed for 10 days at this supposed luxury hotel for 10 days. Staff was non responsive, not friendly at all. I had a few issues and all I got was stone face, no resolutions, no apologies.
My room was cleaned twice while I was there. Day 2 and Day 4, that was it. They said every other day. I complained, I was told I was scheduled for the day. They didn’t show up. And no, I didn’t have the “Do Not Disturb” sign up.
The bedding was old and didn’t fit the bed properly, the edge kept on sliding up. I figured that they would address it in the 10 days I was there but since they didn’t service the room after Day 4, it never was addressed.
There was a problem in my payment but it was resolved.
If you have a large vehicle, I would be careful in the parking lot. It took someone in a Suburban about 5 minutes to turn around.
