麥迪遜 - 莫諾納美茵斯坦套房飯店(MainStay Suites Madison - Monona)

After making this reservation via ********** and also calling the hotel for better directions to find the hotel (since it is located in what seems to be a business park) my daughter and I were turned away after a very long drive because they did not have a room for us and she did not know why the reservation had gone through. No apologies, no help whatsoever. I had a confirmation number for my reservation which did me absolutely no good and I do believe I have already been charged when making the reservation. I am extremely displeased with the hotel service (or lack of) and also have little trust in booking through ********* in the future if these types of errors are possible.

Our stat was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The room was nice and cozy and the breakfast was nice.

The hotel room was lovely! I was only staying one night, but I loved that it had a little kitchenette(and even a little dishwasher!). I imagine those are great for folks staying a lot longer than I did. Everything was so clean and the bed was so cozy! Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others looking for a hotel in Madison!

The room was large and the staff was very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay one night and have a late departure the last day. Will definitely stay here again.

Great rooms and breakfast was very good, they have two waffle makers, cereal, oatmeal, pastries. Getting there was a little odd because it is located within empty warehouses.

Two night stay. Very clean, staff was friendly at check in and very helpful for booking rooms for Graduation weekend. Easy less than 15 minute drive to campus area. Comfortable, spacious room.

The room was so spacious and comfortable; we definitely will stay again with kids. The pool was not overwhelming and fun for our little family (2 kids 5&7). The pool floor might be in need of some TLC. But not enough to change my opinion of the stay. The bathroom drains were slow, and inlet them know when we left. They manually took note of the problem, which I haven’t experienced before and thanked me. Breakfast and the area was also very nice.

My room faced a parking lot with a sidewalk directly outside my window. I kept the blackout drapes closed for privacy. I had a mobility accessible room. The bed was so high that a person in a wheelchair wouldn't be able to get in it. Additionally, the carpet was frayed and sticking up at the entrance to the bathroom. Definitely a tripping hazard. The shower curtain kept billowing in and I had to peel it off myself. There were only prepackaged items for breakfast. No freshly cooked options except waffles. There were food and wrappers on the dining room floor.

My son and I stayed one night after biking around Madison. We enjoyed our stay. He is 15 and we had fun playing basketball in the pool.
