The receptionist was unable to locate our reservation, and was not friendly. When the reservation was located, she could not locate our Hilton Rewards account. The room, while clean, smelled of smoke, a bedside lamp did not work, and hvac was extremely loud and would not shut off. We were told there would be no extra charge for leaving our car in the garage for 2 hours past check out, but we were charged as we left the garage.
