The toilet in our room would not flush - when we asked to be moved, he told us to hold the lever down - as if we didn't try that - I literally had to dump buckets of water in the tank to get it to flush - when he agreed to move us, I asked him to bring a cart to help move our stuff. He came up, showed us a room down the hall - did not help us move our stuff at all. He also did not even go in the new room to ensure it all worked. And that room had a bad smell.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fairfield Inn! The staff was professional and friendly, clean and safe property, and the breakfast was delicious! We will definitely stay again!

the room smelled like mold. The carpet was dirty. The front deck folks were rude. The down stairs bathroom was filthy and out of toilet paper. the area where they served food was not sanitized. I did see a guy wiping tables, not sure if the cloth he was using was clean. All the handles to food was un-sanitized. really?

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very good

The hotel was very clean, comfortable with excellent amenities, but what made it exceptional was the staff. The desk, kitchen, housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was one of our best hotel stays ever!!!

The property was a great location for the state bowling tournament. Both easy to get to. I would stay here again for future tournaments. Thanks for accommodating us.

I needed a place to stop over on an extended road trip. This hotel was conveniently located off the interstate and has numerous options for eating, shopping, gas, etc. The staff was very friendly and the room was cleaning. An added bonus for me was that the breakfast buffet was up and ready to go on Saturday morning at 6:30 so I could get on the road early.

Dirty bed linens with obvious dried bodily fluids from the previous occupant. Very disgusting.
