我們在法國南部的旅途中很喜歡這家飯店。可愛的員工。漂亮的大停車場。地理位置優越，非常適合沿著浩瀚的索恩河邊遛狗。停下來的好地方。我們找到了一個很棒的地方，可以吃飯，也可以買當地很棒的Macon葡萄酒，只要走到河邊，右轉，大約300m右轉，過馬路，它就在你的前面，叫Maison Maconnaire des Vins。真的很好，而且離飯店很近。

Chambre et tarif trouvés sur internet, site de Brit Hotel, bon, ça nous convient mais la réservation par internet n'est plus possible après 20h. Pas grave, on se rend sur place. Là, le réceptionniste nous propose un autre tarif, plus cher, pour exactement la même prestation. On lui fait remarquer la différence ... pour l'entendre répondre qu'il ne désire plus nous louer la chambre dans ces conditions ! On lui fait remarquer qu'il s'agit là d'un refus de vente par un commerçant et que c'est contraire à la loi, il nous répond que, oh dommage, la chambre vient d'être réservée et n'est plus disponible. Alors que les réservations par internet ne sont plus possible car 20h est largement dépassé. Adieu définitif à Brit Hotel Essentiel, qui foule au pied les règles du commerce et oublie totalement le respect du client. Heureusement, pour un prix similaire, IBIS Budget est à 100 mètres.

我丈夫和我在這裏住了一晚。入住花了一段時間--一個男人在桌子上--他非常暴躁和粗魯。我們被給了一樓的房間,但裏面有煙味(顯然它應該是無煙酒店),而且看起來牀好像睡過一樣。。於是又回到屋裏,再次提示--最終給了另一個房間。雖然小一些,但是安靜一些--不過如果你要在這周住的話,要小心酒店後面的建築工作。淋浴門關不緊,所以水流到地板上,我們只得到兩瓶小小的沐浴露(幸運的是我買了自己的)。房間裏的空調聞起來很臭,煙霧瀰漫,所以窗戶開着。前一個客人的有趣的填料馬桶架??-沒有清潔好!很難停在外面放下行李,我建議您在酒店保留停車位。我們在13.50eurospp上錯過了早餐,寧願停在當地的咖啡館。

Ideal for a 1-night stay on our way home from Southern France. You’ll have to drive about 10 min after taking the exit. Parking space is scarce, especially on Saturdays, but there’s a parking lot at about 5 min walking distance. Location is super nice near the river. Rooms are really small but the bathroom’s nicely refurbished since the first time we came there around 8 years ago. I particularly liked the shower. We had difficulty getting checked-in (the hotel uses DIY check-in after 9 or 10 pm) when we arrived at 11 pm. There’s a phone number you can call, but it’s quite hidden in the corner. They should communicate that more clearly. Also, when booking online after 10 pm via a broker (e.g. Agoda) you will always have to call that number, in order to be able to get access to your room via the DIY check-in. I’d recommend they communicate that more clearly either at the entrance or upon making the reservation online. We spent at least 10 min trying to check-in ourselves but in vain. Not easy when you’re extremely tired from a long drive. We had a minor hygiene issue when we arrived in our room, but I told them the morning after (and showed pics) and they made up for it in the way it should be, so next time we’d be near Mâcon, we would probably stay there again since the beds are quite good, and that’s what counts the most.

Troisième fois que je viens dans cet hôtel pour mon retour de vacances. Toujours pas déçu, un an après on retrouve le même personnel qui est très sympathique et compétent, ainsi que la direction qui est agréable. Les chambres sont propres et le restaurant correct pour le prix qui est demandé pour les repas. Bon petit déjeuner.
