房間很不錯，可惜放在一樓，海景不能完美欣賞。退房時間比一般要早，這點要注意。 早餐非常不錯！ 酒店水療價格還算合理，但是非常熱門，想去一定要馬上預約。餐廳出品穩定，價格小貴，但是配上海景還是值得的。 沙灘很多貝類，要注意保護，海景的確壯麗，值得住兩天～

位置非常好，窗外就是地中海，沙灘很棒。非常值得推薦。

Отель очень хороший! Чисто идеально, песок на пляже приглажен, все лежаки с огромными мягкими матрасами, много гамаков, всяческих диванчиков, чтобы уютно пристроиться. Завтраки превосходные! Есть всё, что угодно. Питание в обед и ужин тоже на уровне, цены, конечно, не дешевые, но это и понятно….вы ведь в отеле. Номера просторные, чистые, га балконе диван и качелька))))) Минус единственный это то, что персонал (даже на рецепшен) кое-кто не понимает по-английски, даже цифры….. сложно что-то выяснить, если есть какие-то проблемы.

Uitstekend verblijf gehad! Voor mij geen Turkije meer. Super geregeld allemaal, super ontbijt en vooral de service.. Echt geweldig! Ga alsjeblieft zo door Sofitel en laat het niet achteruit gaan. Helaas zie je meestal in Marokko dat alles na de jaren steeds minder wordt. Maar voor nu echt top 10+

環境優美，設有多個游泳池，可直接通往壯麗的塔姆達灣 (Tamuda Bay) 海灘。 寬敞的客房享有壯麗的海景。 工作人員非常愉快和樂於助人。

A Big Thank You and appreciation for all Sofitel Team is one of the best stays that I had have in my life .Special Thank you for Mohamed who took care for everything for me and made the stay easy and beautiful the hotel is amazing and the services where top noch amazing .Thank you guys you made my trip shine in ur presence .the hotel close to everything rincon city is beautiful I had tried Marbella Lounge just it's about 5 min from the hotel . Had a good varieties of seafood fresh dishes made by the chef Simo. All staff members where polite and serviceable at 100%.

Je séjourne dans cet hôtel 5 étoiles depuis quelques jours. Malgré des aspects positifs indéniables (chambre spacieuse et confortable, literie parfaite, petit déjeuner de qualité, restaurant de plage plaisant et délicieux), des points négatifs ternissent ce séjour et l’image d’un hôtel de la gamme SOFITEL : -multiples zones de travaux (peintures dans certains couloirs qui sont bâchés, ravalement d’un bâtiment jouxtant la piscine) provoquant de fortes nuisances sonores (scie sauteuse etc) et visuelles (double échafaudage, cf photo), -manque d’organisation dans les prestations/services en chambres (ex : on doit réclamer à plusieurs reprises des petites bouteilles d’eau, capsules café, tisanes …) et dans l’entretien technique des chambres (à mon arrivée, le sol du WC était inondé en raison d’une fuite de la douchette, alors même que la chambre avait été contrôlée par le responsable d’étage, et le lendemain la douche était bouchée).

Je tiens à remercier toute l'équipe du Sofitel Tamuda Bay, Ayman, Karim, Laila et tout le monde. Tout était excellent... propreté, attention, excellent service. Je reviens toujours à l'hôtel. Il est confortable et bénéficie d'un bel emplacement sur la plage.

Een super mooie suite aan het strand. Wij hadden suite 7 en hebben de ervaring goed ervaren. Iedere ochtend goed wakker worden met de golven op de achtergrond ze brengen ook je ontbijt aan de kamer voor 10 euro absolute aanrader. Deze zijn bij ons verzorgt geworden door Salaheddine & Khalid super vriendelijke jongens. Als ze iets vergeten zijn wordt dit direct geregeld! Super Het hotel personeel is ook altijd aardig en staan je graag te woord. Ook de parkeerwachters zijn super goed, wij waren met ons kleine kindje van bijna 2 in het hotel en ze zorgde voor letterlijk alles dat je auto wordt open gedaan en spullen in en uit geladen worden. Het restaurant was ook altijd goed wij hebben vooral genoten van het restaurant op het strand super aardig personeel en het eten erg lekker ook als ze iets niet hebben op de kaart proberen ze het toch voor je te regelen! Onze kamers waren elke keer stuk voor stuk super goed schoongemaakt ook als wij de kamer pas verlieten om 18:00uur werd in de avond als nog onze kamer onder handen genomen! Super werk van Rachida & Youssef! De laatste avond werden we in de watten gelegd met een romantisch avond met rozebloemen bij het bad met kaarsjes en een scrubje super leuk! Kortom is het hotel echt een aanrader om je lekker te laten verwennen !
