林頓飯店(Offshore - the Inn Collection Group)

Just returned home after a one night stay at this hotel! Very impressed!! Lovely new fresh hotel, the evening meal was excellent and the breakfast plentiful! The rooms were lovely with all the amenities & facilities you would need in your room! The staff were lovely and very helpful in general the whole experience is refreshing and we will return!

We stayed at The Offshore on a Travel Zoo deal for two nights to celebrate a birthday. The hotel has recently undergone a complete refurbishment and it is to a high standard. Our sea view room was large and very comfortable. The staff are all new as the property only opened four weeks ago, but they all went out of their way to make our stay was the best possible. We had breakfast and evening dinner on both days and the food and choice was excellent. We would certainly recommend staying at this hotel.

First thing we couldn't do was park So had to drive around in circles until we could find a spot. Once we approached the hotel there were cigarette butt's and rubbish at the bottom of the stairs into the bar/restaurant. Once in we were greeted by a lovely receptionist (male). Who helped us check in as it was a real faff. We stayed in room 1310 There are alot of stairs from the lift to the room and I've 2 knee replacements,so not great for me. Once in the room it was very compact and my husband had to duck under the low beam. My husband also had to sit sideways on the loo as not enough room between wall n loo for his legs. The one reason we didn't ask them to move us was the view. BUT little did we know that being on the top floor is like being in a sauna. OMG it was boiling,headache material. We had no heating on or anything but it was unbelievably hot. So not much sleep,can't open the windows because of outside noise. Seagulls and dogs barking. Breakfast the next morning was OK I liked the continental but my husbands full English was not hot and he got just 1 of each item. I asked for poached eggs but the chef must of done them in water n vinegar,they tasted awful. Once we headed back down to leave there was nobody at reception,so I just left the pass keys and got in the car. Not the greatest experience 😕

Great location in beautiful st Anne's. Car park was closed the day we went but lots of on street parking . Breakfast was served in the new bar area which is very stylish.Staff at breakfast were very pleasant. Unlike some reviews on here, we found reception to work perfectly and the staff couldn't do enough to help us check in.

We had a lovely night away at Offshore. The hotel has been decorated beautifully and is in a really good location.The food and drinks were excellent. All staff were really friendly and helpful especially Johnny and Vinnie. Will definitely be going back

Just had a one night stay at this hotel for £55 bed and breakfast and it was well worth the money. Helpful and friendly staff, lovely room and amenities (only issue was the tv that we had to re-tune 3 times as it kept saying no signal). We ate in the bar in the evening, having fish and chips which were delicious as well as bring well presented Breakfast in the morning was lovely with plenty of choice. We were also lucky and secured a parking space on the car park. This is a budget style hotel but for a one night stay it ticked all our boxes. Thank you.

I stayed 2 days at Offshore from 14-16 April. The establishment has changed beyond all recognition from The Lindum which was dated and tired looking. (Please note that this is a Pub with rooms) and not a Hotel which suited me fine as I am not a "Bingo" person. The staff at Offshore were so friendly and enthusiastic when I checked in and throughout my stay. I was allocated a gorgeous sea view room. All the furnishings and decor being brand new. Even though the staff were all new they did seem help to each other and bonded well as a team. No hierarchy here. I would love to see the same staff there when I return.

Visited for an early Thursday evening meal. Many of the tables at the front of the bar by the window are really too small for dining so we sat around the back (where the music was too loud.) Ordered Pie of the Week, (steak & ale), & mash and a prawn curry for my wife (which was ok), plus a portion of chips. The mash was dubious looking, was tepid, had a strange texture & very little flavour. My £18 pie had 3 lumps of meat and not much gravy, although I was given some thin flavourless ‘gravy’ separately. ‘Seasonal veg’ was a small amount of spring cabbage under the pie. The pie looked the part but much of the pastry inside was raw. The chips still hadn’t arrived half way through the meal so, upon staff being reminded, they came straight away, so they were obviously already made. On the strength of this visit, we won’t be returning.

worst hotel i have ever stayed in staff were not frendly could not get room service when we ask member of staff walked in our room while we were in bed find us for smokeing in the room we dont smoke charged us 25 pound for being harf hour late booking out when we told them we were both sick after our breakfurst the day before had to moun about haveing breakfurst they did not wantto give it us in all the worst stay i have ever had
