Lovely modern hotel in a great location. Rooms were spacious and the bunk beds in our family room were perfect. Bathroom was clean and nicely designed with a lovely shower. We ate in the pub and the food was delicious and the kids meals were good value. Only feedback for review is the lack of seating inside the pub as we came back on the Sunday evening at 8pm and there wasn’t anywhere to sit insidr and relax with a drink. No lounge area other than bar stools at the bar so not ideal when staying with children- we had to walk to the Dalmeny hotel to have a drink and when we came back at 9pm there still weren’t enough seats. I did mention this when we were leaving so hopefully this is taken into consideration. Even some outside heating on the patio would be good! I would revisit this hotel but probably not with children.

We ate lunch with friends this week, the food was excellent but sadly we can’t say the same about the service. We waited 45mins for food & we were the first in the restaurant, others came in later & served before us, the hotel staff wheeled the dirty laundry carts through the restaurant during our meal, the female “supervisor” was wandering about talking loudly on her phone blissfully unaware she was stood next to our table, 2 maintenance guys were “ doing something” at the bar near us with a member of staff wearing dirty green overalls, who then proceeded to go straight behind the bar after the mainte guys left, the young man on the bar & waiting tables was very polite but there is definitely a staff training issue there .

Love the winter break offer. Excellent value for money and food, staff znd service is always very good too. Will be staying at another Inn very soon!

Great location with free parking. The bar, restaurant, hotel, and room are all well-presented. Food was promptly served and very tasty. Definitely recommended.

Haven't been since the Bar Manager was very rude and unprofessional even telling lies regarding the Rose wine I had ordered last summer . Moving on, family were staying for my birthday Weekend and the food was absolutely 💯 scrumptious. Great staff . Great service . Great food . I had the curry but the garlic bread was scrummy as was the ham mushroom pizza and the holimui bites .

I can’t fault the hotel. The rooms, service restaurant, food and staff were all first class. Right from entering the hotel the staff could be more friendly and helpful. I would be giving 5 stars for this but my frustration was with the booking and correspondence when booking the break. I received a marketing email form the Inn collection and decided to book a winter break. Clicking on the link on the Winter break email I expected to be booking this. After I paid for the break somehow the deal had changed to a B&B? I sent an email to the hotel and again I can’t fault their response. They had forwarded the email to the Inn Collection marketing department. I fully understood this and expected to hear from this department on this issue. I heard nothing from them until I received an email a few days asking if I wanted to pay upfront for my visit with a link to do this. I was confused for 2 reasons. 1 I was still expecting a response to my enquiry about how I’d ended up with a B&B deal when I clicked on a winter break. 2 I paid in full when I booked? Ignoring the email and understanding that it wasn’t the Hotels fault me and my partner had a great visit and this would have been a 5 star rating if it was just about the hotel. Unfortunately the booking and correspondence from the Inn collection group marketing department was none excitant or poor. Hopefully this will improve as it makes me nervous about booking again with the Inn Collection group.

Excellent location. Fantastic staff. Wonderful food. Everything was spotless and well looked after. Breakfast bar was kept well stocked especially as it was very busy Exceptionally friendly to our dogs. 10/10 customer service. Will definitely be going back 😀

We stayed on the winter package. Highly recommend. Breakfast very very good. Dinner excellent and very good portions. We had a lovely room. Staff all very good. I left my iPad and they called me to let me know. They offered to post but I turned round and picked it up. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend x

What a warm welcome from Daniel, Chris & Beau as soon as we walked through the door. The bar is immediately in front of the entrance, & so there's always a member of staff. (I read reviews online about the check-in being self-service. But one of the staff members checked us in & gave us our keys.) They were all incredibly polite, & nothing was too much. A couple of small negatives, there's only one blue badge space (There should be at least two). The person parked in the disabled space didn't have a blue badge, & the staff didn't know whose car it was to ask them to move it. Both myself & mum are disabled, & need space to get in/out of my car. I had to struggle against a wall because the disabled space had been selfishly taken. The other 'no' from me, being a former housekeeping manager, was a stain on one of the small towels in the bathroom. I wasn't sure if it was an old stain that wouldn't come out or if the towel hadn't been laundered. But stains aren't acceptable, laundered or not. There wasn't a blind in the bathroom, thought the window was frosted. It was a cold night because of the recent storm, & I feel a blind may have helped keep the bathroom slightly warmer as it was very cold. I mentioned on booking that it was mum's birthday, & we received an unexpected room upgrade, to a twin room with a Seaview. the room was a generous size too, which helped mum & her disabilities. I recommend a Seaview room if you're looking to book here. (There wasn't any noise from the road outside.) We booked a package that incl. Dinner/B&B. The menu had a couple of standard dishes you'd want at the seaside (scampi & chips), plus a couple of different choices you don't see on other menus. The service was very quick, & the food came hot & was really tasty. There wasn't a cocktail menu for the bar which was a slight disappointment as mum wanted a cocktail for her birthday. But Daniel made us cocktails out of the Mocktails, & they were delicious. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with a lot of choice, incl. cereals, juices, toast, pastries etc. A hot water machine for a range of teas, & a fresh filter coffee pot. The highlight was a Zumex machine that squeezed fresh OJ. There was a hot breakfast menu that you ordered additionally, from full/half English breakfasts, to Eggs Benedict/Eggs Royale. The chef was 👍🏻 The hotel is modern & renovated with secure door systems you use your room key to access. I'd definitely come back. Thanks to all at Offshore 🙏
