美麗的酒店和房間。我們住在行政房,有足夠的空間工作,並欣賞2e街區的所有景色。位置是探索里昂中心部分的完美。自助早餐很棒(新鮮水果、糕點、穀類食品/格蘭諾拉),因爲我們沒有嘗試過,所以不確定是否吃熟食。環境優美。客房服務的食物還可以,可能是因爲與里昂其它地方相比,它沒有那麼令人難以置信,也可能是因爲餐廳正在裝修,所以它沒有滿負荷。水療中心很小,但可以管理,因爲我們需要預訂時間(防止太多人同時在裏面)。地板很滑,我的搭檔撞到了他的頭--我想這需要修理一下(溼了地板時,我們並不是唯一一個到處滑倒的人)。

這是一個有趣的財產。這是一座舊建築,在它被改建之前是醫院。這座建築很壯觀。它也很乾淨。房間很大按任何標準,特別是法國的標準。空間也得到了很好的利用。浴室同樣大,佈局很好。位置很好-靠近河流和許多旅遊區。這是一個昂貴的地區,但這並不意外。wifi很好,空調工作很好。機場在市區外,所以每路要花50-60€。物業很安靜。他們做了很好的保溫窗戶,以阻止交通噪音。底線,我絕對會回來。

不愧是裏昂的五星級酒店，員工很友好。我預訂了經典房包早餐價格在1.3K一晚左右，早餐純西式，但是有非常豐富的新鮮水果，在歐洲來講也是很便宜的價格。view很好，地段也好，地鐵口步行到酒店10min。去老城區吃完飯慢慢逛回酒店也就25min。mini bar的飲料是免費的（有果汁和可樂）。

Fabulous hotel. Great staff, beautiful rooms, very comfortable bed, free movies on the tv, don’t need Netflix. We arranged massages before we arrived, which I recommend doing. She was an excellent massage therapist. From the bellboys to the barmen, everyone was fantastic. Five star experience.

這是我第二次入住德特羅大酒店了,酒店在里昂的中心位置,我喜歡這種風格。服務很棒,他們說英語,我喜歡自助早餐。我住的房間非常好,但偏小,是法國酒店房間的典型。牀對我來說很舒服,房間有空調,在法國可以得到相當的溫暖,所以很棒。包括無線接入,快速可靠。總的來說,我強烈推薦的一家優秀的酒店。

If you're looking to save a few bucks and have access to a convenient train station. This is the place to stay. It's a short walk from Les Halles and the presqu'ile is a short transit ride away. We stayed here for a quick layover to end a trip in France and was thrilled to save a few dollars and stay in comfort. We stayed in July during hot days... my only complaint is the air conditioning was a few degrees warmer than I believe the average Canadian would be accustomed to... but still functioned well.

我不幸在2022年5月與媽媽一起在這家酒店住了一晚。到達時,接待員非常友善,知道我們已經通過預訂交易支付了住宿費。由於房間還沒有準備好,我們離開去市中心,下午回來時,接待處的另外兩個傢伙幾乎不會說英語或法語,暗示我們不得不支付住宿費。我們設法被理解,我們只需要支付“稅的優待”。讓我們談談房間--我知道這是一個非常基本的酒店,但對於所支付的價格,至少可以期待一個體面的房間。嗯,這絕對不是這樣。房間很小--字面上。沒有掛衣鉤,沒有浴室架子,留下一個不錯的選擇,把所有洗漱用品留在地板上。毛巾是兩條小毛巾,可能用來擦乾你的嘴(也許)在清潔牙齒後-希望洗漱台不會堵塞,也不會修復(就像我們4個洗漱台一樣,即使我們及時通知了接待處)。電視沒有其他頻道,如果不是說法語的話--我知道我們在法國,但是你沒有聽說過衛星嗎?空調無法刷新這個小洞,甚至在五月份,我們不得不開着窗戶睡覺,這樣才不會窒息。否則的話,還能說什麼:省錢,到別的地方去,這樣的話,你絕對可以得到更好的住宿條件

That sucks!!!!!I have to change the hotel to a far away location- hotel Charlemagne!And when I asked the silly hotel staff where is that replaced hotel on the Google map, it showed that hotel is far away and she lied to me (she said it‘s not this far away one!) and also said just same as hotel silky!Totally not at all!First, location is very bad, and far away from hotel silky, and room and hotel was so old, I definitely wouldn’t spend the same money to live here!! I was very upset and angry that I have to stay in this poor hotel! 這間飯店的危機處理爛透了！ 因爲漏水的關係，我在中午抵達飯店時纔被告知早上發現一樓漏水，所以所有的旅客必須住到另一間飯店！當我問那間飯店在哪裏時，櫃檯的服務人員告訴我名字後，我查地圖發現在一個很遠且交通不便的位置，她看了地圖還裝作是我找錯地方，騙我說不是地圖上顯示的那間，說那間飯店跟hotel silky一模一樣！ 結果等我下午兩點多回到飯店確認要到那間hotel Charlemagne 後，纔發現那間飯店又舊又遠，根本就不是我會花一樣價錢住的地方！ 這種用欺騙的方式讓住客以爲要去的另一間飯店沒有原本的好，真的是很爛！

Wir haben nur die eine Nacht vor dem Start unserer Kreuzfahrt dort geschlafen. Deshalb sind wir bei der Vorbereitung nicht intensiv eingestiegen. Deshalb haben wir schon geschluckt, als wir dann mit der Realität konfrontiert wurden: Der Preis 304 € für Lyon ist ok, weil die Lage des Hotels wirklich super in Nähe der Altstadt und vom Fluss ist. Haben wollte man 14 Tage vorher über 500 €. Die haben wir gebucht, den Preis beobachtet, als der sank haben wir storniert und neu gebucht. Die mehr als 500 € wäre das (gerade noch 3 Sterne) Hotel nicht wert gewesen. Insgesamt hat es uns an unsere Übernachtungen als Studenten in Paris erinnert: Das Zimmer mit Doppelbett (Queensversion) hat man uns gegeben. Bezahlt hatten wir zwei EInzelbetten. bei Reklamation wurde uns freundlichweise die Aufbereitung des Sofas angeboten. Wir mussten lachen. So wie über Einige mehr im Hotel. Wenn man Freude aan uralten Fenstern und deren museumsreifen Griffen, kitschigen Drucken an den Wänden und überhaupt an ”bewährter Ausstattung” hat, ist man dort richtig. Auf das Frühstück haben wir verzichtet. Das ist aber in Frankreich in typischen Familien-Hotels nie so, wie es z. B. in Deutschland ist. Das ist ok, weil man das weiß. Fazit: Lage perfekt, beim Rest Zähne zusammen und durch.

我們喜歡住在卡爾頓里昂酒店。這是一個驚喜!我們在這裏住了5天,房間有一張特大號牀。唯一的缺點是房間裏沒有衣服儲存,但我們有創意。如果您期望的是美國大小的房間,您會感到失望,但對於歐洲房間,我們感到非常高興。浴室很大,淋浴/浴室水壓和溫度都很高。牀墊和枕頭很舒服。在一個非常溫暖的一週裏,空調很棒。酒店非常安靜。我從未聽到任何聲音!乘坐經過裝修的電梯。早餐太美妙了包括在預訂中。早餐有鹹肉、雞蛋、肉和奶酪、新鮮水果、麥片、酸奶和應科院,所有員工都很棒,但在酒吧喝一杯(如果你喜歡的話,這是老式的),然後再去。向酒吧服務員克勞迪婭大聲喊,克勞迪婭使我們的旅行如此特別。她不僅推薦了一家很棒的當地餐館,週六晚上,然後叫他們擠我們到Bouchon des Cordeliers最後一分鐘預訂房間。經過24小時以上的旅行,非常感謝。這個位置是無與倫比的。步行即可到達許多東西,包括維約里昂(~5分鐘)和藝術博物館(15分鐘)。步行不到5分鐘即可到達巴士。坐C5大巴到太特公園還是國際城中心會展中心。太容易了!想購物嗎?這個位置什麼都有...Hermes,Louis Vuitton,UNIGLO,North Face...附近咖啡館,銅管,麪包房,皮蒂斯系列和小包子比你想象中多。租一輛自行車或者電動滑板車。有趣,簡單,非常方便。總而言之,我們喜歡這個地方,肯定會回來的。我不能對價格/價值說話,因爲我參加了一個會議,並且獲得了似乎非常合理的會議價格。呆在這裏-你不會失望的。

On the plus side, great location and friendly staff. Overall not bad. Paid a higher rate during the 'Festival of Lights' given high occupancy in the city. Location was great for the local sights and sounds and there was abundant good good options right out the door. But arrival was a pain - no driveway as hotel is situated on a pedestrian only / walking street. It was raining when we arrived. Guests should be given clear instructions on where to drop off for the shortest covered walk (we had alot of luggage) to the lobby. It was very distressing for check in / check out if you don't know where to call an uber from etc. We paid more to book a deluxe 1bed room which included airconditioning (vs normal 1 bedroom without AC). The extra paid was a waste of money, as in winter the AC doesn't work. I had the impression that it was centralised cooling and heating - so paid more for that function but felt silly that the hotel charged me more for AC during winter I didn't need / couldn't be used! Heating was not from centralised air vents but instead was from an electric wall heater. I would almost consider this misrepresentation esp during winter. They shouldnt offer this option to pay more during winter. The lighting was dim and poor and there were no soft touches in the room at all. Felt so spartan. Not even a chair in the hall to sit and put shoes on etc. And they shut all doors and turn of all lights so when you first enter the room definitely didn't feel inviting. Importantly they couldn't even fix the clothes hanger in the toilet. Nowhere to hang towels clothes etc. Also needs luggage racks for short stay guests. The base of the apartment is okay but maintenance and upkeep could definitely be improved. Better lighting in room would make a big difference. Fluorescent /white light needs to go!!

The front desk staff were friendly and polite to me, they helped me on things as best as they could and English was well spoken. The view from outside is nice as you are so high up. The hotel is overall ok but it's not high-end, it's old and a little dark, I did not see that opulent wood panelled dining room shown in the Tripadvisor pics, the dining room was nothing like that. The room had an adequate kitchen area which I found very useful and you will need to obviously buy food but also all washing up stuff etc and all cleaners. You clean/make up your own room unless you pay an extra daily charge which I didn't but I'm old enough to make my own bed. However as I was there for 11 days I was told I'd get one cleaning day/linen/towel change after a week but that never happened. Like the last reviewer I was also in Lyon for surgery and this hotel is not suitable for post-op recovery as you really do need to be pretty fit to deal with the location. It is halfway up a very steep hill several hundred yards long so would also not suit older visitors or those that want an easy level stroll to local cafes. The local store at the bottom of the hill is good and is where you can buy most needed supplies and the boulangerie opposite makes very nice mini quiches. This would suit a younger visitor or able visitor and the area is also good for street photographers. Lyon is a nice city and good to explore but if you visit the marvellous Notre Dame Basilica in Fourvierre be very careful. You will need to use the funicular railway to get to it and on this I was mugged by a young steaming gang who pickpocketed my cash and c/cards. One young 20s guy within with two petite, dead face teen girls will block your path as you get on the carriage and literally lock on to you bodily. The guy will start shouting in your face to distract you while the skilful girls are emptying your pockets. You won't feel it.

I loved it the place, good area and safe place Hermoso, limpio y acogedor lugar. El Desayuno debes pagarlo por separado su precio es 19:00EUR cada uno, pero incluye te, jugo de naranja natural, pan fresco, huevos, quesos y jamones entre otra cosas. Es conveniente cuando quieres trabajar desde el hotel unas cuantas horas durante la manana, antes de continuar el viaje, hacia Paris como era mi caso. L'ho adorato, buona zona e un posto sicuro

Hôtel très bruyant, d’ailleurs vous avez des boules quiesce dans votre chambre pour donner le ton ! Réveillé à 2h30 du matin par un employé utilisant un aspirateur très bruyant jusqu’à 3h10 ! A tel point que je pensais que c’était une alarme qui c’était déclenchée !
