Inclusive of pool and gym. Rooms are clean and a good size. Relatively quiet at night despite balcony being in the freeway side.

There was a mix up with my booking. Bed was uncomfortable.

I will never stay here again. I'm mostly bothered by the price to quality ratio. The room is so small I can barely walk, when I got here there was hair on the pillow, the toiletries, in the tub, on the wall. The towels were either dirty or stained. The pool is so chlorinated my kids skin is dry and itchy and their hair feels dead even after washing multiple times and conditioning. The staff is nothing to write home about. The food they offer is overpriced and sub par. The table we sat at in "the bistro" looked like it hadn't been cleaned for several parties. There was also a hair in my food. They advertise things they don't actually have. The microwave is broken and burned the bag of popcorn I was over charged for.

Great welcome and check in. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Lobby and entrance quite nice. Single elevator service to each area of building. Very slow and unusual location. Rooms ample but very dated and worn and stains evident on carpets. Rooms are noisy with plumbing and guest conversation.next door readily heard.

This hotel has a great location and is very walkable. But we were caught off guard by the old building which looked like an 80s-built apar**ent building, lack of food options (dinner, breakfast etc.), and very low-key amenities like pool and gym, and found it very un-Marriot-like.

Great staff. Great pool. Rooms look a little rundown. My room had old chewing gum on the carpet that had turned black and was just left there. Essentially the carpeting is scary and the room had an odd smell.

Reception staff were efficient. Room was not clean. Bathroom sink had a leak. We paid for 3 people but the room was not set up for 3. One bath towel only.
