雷布斯托克飯店(Hotel Rebstock)

역에서 걸어갈만하며, 도심과도 가까워 좋습니다. 서비스, 청결도. 위치 모두 마음에 듭니다. 찾아가기도 좋고 호수근처에 있어 산책하기도 좋을것같습니다. 조식또한 맛있습니다. 적극 추천합니다.

Hotel very clean and very good location service very good nice hotel

We booked a 2 bedroom apar**ent and were surprised to be given 3 bed rooms instead. The hotel has a side lift to get to the apar**ent. Staff was very attending and friendly, introduced and brought us to the lift and taught us how to use it. Breakfast was good but u have to order eggs and bacons separately. Simple spread. Location of hotel was good as only 10min walk from Lucerne station. View from the hotel room was good and gave the old charms of church bells. Hotel gave a pass where we can take free bus rides around certain zones of the city.

Wunderschönes "Altstadthotel" mit Charme an idealere Lage. Service perfekt, sehr freundlich. Valet Service für's Auto ideal und schnell. Sehr schönes Frühstückbuffet. Zimmer schön, funktionell, halt dem alten, traditionellen Gebäude angepasst. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Just back from a wonderful stay in Lucerne and Hotel Rebstock played a huge part in that. We had the most amazing view from our room overlooking the lake and Mt Pilatus. We couldn’t wait to open the curtains each morning to see how the view had changed. Our room was in the older part of the hotel so the rooms had wooden floors, yes you could hear people move around in the room above us but this certainly didn’t detract from the great room with everything you could need in it or the views you woke to each morning! All front of house staff we met were fantastic. Everyone was always ready to offer assistance and answer any questions that we had. We were even offered a “lunchbox” for the morning we left as we had an early flight so wouldn’t be able to make breakfast. It was the definitely the small things at Hotel Rebstock that all added up to a fabulous stay!

Zum dritten Mal geschäftlich im Rebstock und in den Zimmern hat sich leider nicht viel geändert. Arbeiten am Abend schwierig, da das Licht sehr spärlich ist. (Koffer auspacken mit Smartphone Licht) Badezimmer mit kleiner Badewanne zum Duschen, da muss aufgepasst werden das man nicht rutscht. Boden ist aus Chromstahl Blech, sehr sauber aber auch kalt. Ausblick super und auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant gut und auch da, sehr freundliches Personal. Wenn die Zimmer nur ein wenig modernisiert würden, wäre auch eine bessere Bewertung angemessen!

We visited for lunch and were not hotel guests. Menu comprises traditional Swiss fare so we opted for the veal liver and bratwurst, both of which were superb. Lovely quiet picturesque location. Had a nice chat with the waiter at the end of the meal but I think I was short changed by a few francs but I'm sure it was an honest mistake - it must be very difficult waiting on outside tables in 34 degree heat! I can't comment on the hotel itself but would certainly recommend the restaurant.

A charming and great hotel. Rooms were spacious, bathroom had nice toiletries and hair dryer. No A/C, but hotel provided a large fan in room and windows open. Very helpful and kind staff. Breakfast was lovely each morning. Would definitely stay again.
