「We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek and overall the hotel was truly beautiful. The resort itself was impressive — the architecture, landscaping, and overall atmosphere were stunning. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The food quality was also very good with a wide variety of options, which we really enjoyed. However, there were a couple of points that I believe the hotel management should pay attention to. Before our arrival, our confirmed reservation was attempted to be cancelled twice due to what was described as a “local market / nationality agreement.” As guests, this was quite concerning and stressful since it happened very close to our check-in date. Fortunately, the issue was eventually resolved and we were able to keep the reservation, but situations like this can affect guests’ confidence when planning their stay. During our stay, we noticed that the service in the buffet restaurant could have been more attentive. On one evening, the waiters passed by our table several times without offering drinks or asking if we needed anything. At one point I asked for a fork, but unfortunately it never arrived before the restaurant was closing. The staff did not appear very attentive or welcoming in this area. On a more positive note, the service at Piazzetta Italiana was very good — professional, attentive, and a clear highlight of our dining experience. There was also a small incident in the lobby area that felt disappointing. While a staff member was refilling welcome snacks and drinks (presumably for arriving guests), I approached to take a juice and was told quite abruptly “not for you.” While I understand there may be rules, the way it was communicated felt impolite and not in line with the level of hospitality expected from a hotel of this standard. Aside from these points, the hotel itself was excellent and offered a very beautiful environment for a holiday. With more consistency in service and guest interaction, the overall experience could easily match the high standard that the resort represents.」

「I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.」

Saadet Hanım, Ferhat Bey, Hasan Bey, Anna hanım, misafir ilişkileri ekibi ve adını bilmediğim tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederim. İçecekler: Özellikle lobi bar ve She&He Bar’da premium içki seçenekleri bulunuyor. Ancak özellikle belirtmezseniz zaman zaman daha orta segment ürünler sunulabiliyor. Signature Bar’da premium seçenekler daha sınırlı, Beach Bar’da ise orta sınıf ürünler mevcut. Kokteyl çeşitliliği oldukça başarılı. İçki kalitesi açısından tercih edilebilecek bir otel. Misafir İlişkileri: Yaşadığımız bir sorunu Misafir İlişkileri Müdürü Şerife Hanım’a ilettiğimizde samimi şekilde ilgilendi ve üzüntüsünü içtenlikle dile getirdi. Bizim için önemli olan da bu yaklaşım oldu. Eğlence: Gün içi aktiviteler ağırlıklı olarak havuz çevresinde gerçekleşiyor. Sahilde voleybol ve dart etkinlikleri mevcut. Her akşam farklı gösteriler düzenleniyor. Akşam etkinliklerini ve özellikle de sunulan çabayı beğendik. Starbucks: Adult bölümünde Starbucks bulunması hoş bir detay. ⸻ Otelin Gelişmeye Açık Yanları Yemekler: Sürekli yemek odaklı bir tatil anlayışımız olmasa da, önceki yorumlar nedeniyle beklentimiz daha yüksekti. Ana restoranda kırmızı et çeşitliliği sınırlıydı; çoğunlukla beyaz et, köfte ve zaman zaman sote tarzı et sunuldu. Lezzet genel olarak ortalama seviyedeydi. Bayram dönemindeki yoğunluk nedeniyle ızgara bölümü talebe yetişmekte zorlandı. Bunun yanında bazı misafirlerin ihtiyaçlarından fazla ürün alması da yoğunluğu artırıyordu. Bu segmentteki bir otelde daha fazla kırmızı et seçeneği ve günlük konsept farklılıkları beklerdim. Tatlılar ne çok iyi ne de kötüydü; ortalama bir otel standartlarında ve ihtiyacı karşılayacak düzeydeydi. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği başarılıydı ancak tost bölümünde ciddi sıra oluşuyordu. Çalışanlar yoğun şekilde çalışsa da bar kapasitesi kalabalığa yeterli gelmiyor. Benzer yoğunluk zaman zaman lobi barda da yaşanıyor. Havlular: Dış hizmet yoluyla temizlenen şezlong havlularında zaman zaman olumsuz sürprizlerle karşılaşılabiliyor. Bu nedenle kişisel havlu getirilmesini tavsiye ederim. Genel Değerlendirme: Otel yönetimi ve çalışanları misafir memnuniyeti için ciddi çaba gösteriyor. Ancak bayram yoğunluğu ve tesisin fiziksel yapısı nedeniyle bazı hizmetler kapasite sınırında kalıyor. Adult ve aile konseptleri aynı anda sunulmaya çalışılmış. 「The food is delicious, drinks are served in bottles and are of good quality. The pools are big and there are many of them but unfortunately there are not enough sun loungers, people leave their towels and go, you cannot find a place by the pool in the afternoon, the sea is very wavy, we could not go into the sea anyway, the sun loungers on the pier and the beach were blocked with towels, the glasses and plates were not completely clean.」
